To be fair, that grid only have dmg cap and skill dmg cap, and even though you have 5 ixabas if there's no CA dmg cap skill there, you're lucky hitting CA dmg past 3.2m Fire is not that suck now even though still suffering but at least it didn't give you crippling depression when grinding and even using it
