Why is it that daiwa only offer a 1 yr warranty when shimano offers 10 ???

will these work in South African waters , braid 100lbs ,# 0,55mm ,600meters depth perhaps 3 to 6 fish caught on a ten hook trace will the reel handle the 40kg fish weight and fight they put up with
