Speed is'nt everything. Its the stealth the manuverability, load capacity
maneuverability does not mean anything, really its stealth, load capacity, sensors (radar and other systems like IRST) and situational awareness

It was the F15 that was developed to counter the Foxbat. The F4 entered service in 1960, whereas the Foxbat came into service in 1970. Great video otherwise.

Who the hell does your research? The Mig 25 entered service TEN YEARS after the F4 and they aren't designed for the same role either.

Most jet dogfights occur at around 200 - 300 mph
The stealth is debatable, especially with the switch from just sound driven searching systems to actual visual AI searching systems. The other caveat that you're missing in this is that speed still allows you to get missiles to altitude. 😅
The Phantom’s brochure may say it’s a Mach 2 class fighter( clean), but it would not last 10 seconds against the F35

uh maybe the normal variants but the F-4G which was for SEAD was only retired in like 2016 or something
