Schaub is much bigger (Heavyweight vs Middleweight = 265 vs 185, and I'm a numbers guy), and since Pereira is basically still a pure striker at this point, Schaub is likely much better at grappling. I'm not saying he could definitely beat Pereira in an MMA match or anything, but in a brawl he could most likely take him down and hold him until people rushed in to break it up. Not that it matters (and neither do I).
