This is art! When I show this to my friends, they say it's "boring", or "repetitive". Not everyone understands this style.
I know! Like yes! I get it, it can sound a bit repetitive but that's because you aren't listening to those minute details within the song. You aren't tuning into those small notes that bring the whole song together! Club music sucks now!! I can't stand the music that just sounds like a broken blender leading up to a massive earth shattering drop. That crap seriously gives me a headache lol

Interesting track selections but the programming is pretty sub par IMO
It’s far beyond the product description. Nick doesn’t just mix tracks. He adds dub and samples and also live programs the shit out of this. That is why he is my King DJ and the finest DJ and music producer I have ever been fortunate to be able to own all his output creatively. For me, and not even by a margin, Nick Warren is my no1

23 years ago when he came to Costa Rica and played at the San Pedro mall….the beginning of electronic music for Costa Rica and one of the best shows ever.

Very wise statement! I've been listening to electronic music for over 20 years now. The intro this CD is like nothing I have ever heard before! I"ve listened to all the great dj's including Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold, In my personal opinion I have to put Armin Vanbureen in there. Something about this intro is just on another planet!!

i was born in 92 so wasn't exactly listening to this as a child, only began listening in the early 2000's around 2004 or so, but i can confidently say that this music is my soul music. nothing else compares. i appreciate and love this music more than any other. music is universal, you can be from any time period and appreciate music that someone from another era might.

Your comment is rooted in ego. What does that matter as long as the DJ is artistic and original? A well versed and season DJ with soul understands music and its psychological effects in ways many musicians can only hope to grasp...and their music shows it. I think of a DJ as a curator, assembling works of art in a meaningful way. There is less glamor involved with the job, but they are no less creative, only creative in a different manner that is less appreciated.
