I totally understand how you feel. I used to photograph everything but over the past 2years I have lost my love for the camera but love more in then moment rather than trying to capture the moment. I have not hussled as hard as you or your team. However I have found I don't enjoy it as much or just straight up forget the camera at home. I started video more and more and it is way more rewarding when you can create something you are proud of but it's time consuming. Even with editing photos just not the same I am sitting on probably sitting on at least 100 photos just from a little show. If It was 2yeaes ago I would have took 300+ photos and they would have been all edited by now

I'll miss you man till you return. I'm glad you're taking time for yourself to heal. I was in a really dark place several years ago and felt so alone until I opened up CZcams one day and saw a new channel called savage garage. Those years I spent watching the dynamic duo of Randy and Jimbo it always gave me hope that life would be better. Just know my life got immensely better from watching you two for those short few years. Take your time and reset, just know I've never met you but how much joy and hope and smiles you bring to people matters. you and your team matter and I just wanted to say thank you. genuinely thank you for all they joy that made me wake up every day and keep going, I have stable people and things in my life but I wouldn't have gotten here without you Jimbo. love from a random stranger on the internet, be blessed man. Jimbo, you have been through so much. While going through some of the toughest times of your life, you've lifted many out of their toughest times of life. Including myself. I found you guys 2/3 years ago when i moved in high school. I knew nobody. I was a loner. You guys allowed me to find my escape in youtube and the content you guys all made helped me get through high school. The thumbnail of todays video gives me chills and has me tearing up as i write this. You dont know me, but it feels like I know you. It feels like im saying bye to one of my best friends. I understand what you're saying. I hope all you need is a break. And I hope I don't offend you, but another thought, AFTER you take some time off, maybe consider using your skills to occasionally make a video for a 'higher purpose", and I'm sorry if that sounds corny. I don't watch much social media or subscribe to channels, but I really appreciate what the people from the Adventures With Purpose, Chaos Divers, Depths of History channels are doing. I'm not saying 'join them', rather be inspired by them.... You have great energy, enthusiasm, and skill; good luck with whatever you decide to do!

Jimbo it’s totally understandable on what you want to do. You’ve been working and burning the candle from both ends for quite sometime. You need to take some time off and reevaluate your priorities in life. And not to mention you’ve experienced some pretty heavy traumatic situations at a young age. If you need to speak with someone by all means do it doesn’t make you a bad person actually quit the opposite. I hate to say it but, you will experience more heartache in your future. Just mourn and remember the great times you had with those who have passed. I look forward to seeing more videos in the future and if you decide not to come back I still support whatever you want to do. Remember you need to be happy in order to progress in life. Sometimes taking a break is the best thing to do. Especially when you feel burnt out. I don't think anyone in the community will hold that against you in any way.
You've gone through a ton of mental stuff recently. Take the time needed to work through that. Don't be afraid to get help to deal with it if needed.

I found your channel through streetspeed717, and seeing how much you've grown is awesome. Most youtubers don't make it and the fact you can out film and produce videos better than any other automotive channels out there. As a non CZcamsr, I think it must be daunting and a bit of a headf**k having to create the content and continually think of the like/watch/success factor along with everything else. The internet is such a toxic place too at times.
After qualifying as an accountant, It took me til my very late twenties to realize what I liked (apart from cars) which was mainly architecture, design and property. Since then I’ve achieved so much and really enjoyed doing it along with a number of other things. You can diversify all you want and you must have made some great contacts over the years to help.
Take some time out and just see where the ride takes you but be happy and don’t worry about viewers and CZcams.
