Some people may wonder why Rune Master isn't mentioned. I do have one that I used back in the day for pierce (for MVP burst). The AgiCrit rune master is extremely strong, but you have to be very patient, have great deposits, and have godly gear. The zeny to DPS returns is lower on that, which is why I didn't include it. You can't see the full potential of Rune Master unless you're really strong.

Nxt time ill try without pots, just need to balance def and dps and be able to endure all hits until frenzy and asphyx with lifesteal cools down. HOS also helpful.. You dnt have to be a whale, you just have to be patient in building ur rm. i cannot solo 4th yet but i can solo dps. Although i like your thoughts on the rm. That means it is somewhat an exclusive class reserved for certain serious players. Thats why it is not a broken class even if it already surpasses nogus nowadays. Because of the obstacles rm players have to overcome. A lot tried to switch to aa rm, but failed miserably and went back to their original class

You hit the nail on the Dorams. One of the cheapest to gear but once you hit the damage ceiling, the damage inc isn't much. Using both Atk and HP for damage is useful at first, but when you're a veteran, it becomes a hassle to maximize both 🤣

SBX for PVP = strongest physical class for pvp right now. even low depo can kill with poison + has execute that ignore anti fatal.
First get Gunslinger turn it to rebellion and have the bike mount, after that mult job and change to Rune Master, then change ur mount to bike then get and put brocken sword for ur back and viola ur Cloud Strife😆🤣👌
SH : for farming. With wasteland or comodo buff. No need gear LB: for extra 5 market slot, 80% cashback from relisted item in exch, 24% extra zeny for selling loot Nogu:boss hunting + dungeon. These 3 classes must be used in the same time for that particular purposes. You gonna catch up in just 3 months. Dont go doram, it is just slowdown your progress. After you already pretty stable, you can pick any job that you really want to play. The most important thing is you need make friend to help you in the beginning. Choosing only 1 job is really hard to progress unless you are okay with slow progress

Everyone knows nogu is the best in terms of settling weeklies(ttl, ora comodo etc) , but its boring when half of ur team is nogu, even half of ur guild has a nogu multi. The only reason i wont multi to nogu, its common & not special anymore. Everybody has a nogu. 🤣🤣
Rm is the best but requires a sht ton of effort to build. That class is underrated since we didnt know its potential until recently. Notice that not a lot of rms can carry. But those who can (not necessarily whales), can clear instances even without the help of fs or da. Rms are not just dps focused but defense too. And they are so so so weak at first that people get frustrated and quit. But when you continue building it, its like they have no ceiling. Slow but gradual and steady increase
Nogu on the other hand is a common and broken class. Very easy to build and achieve high dps. Even with trashy equips, they can already contribute to overall dps. Problem is they may fall behind as the game ages and late bloomers begin to emerge one by one and overtake these nogus who want to be the star of the show at every pt

nogu is the most popular class tbh, as a nogu main i get to finish my instances when weekly reset comes in just for being a nogu class, you can deal millions of damage in just mere seconds and brag about it aswell, especially if you achieved a 100m dmg cartnado hit on your dummy lol still, choose a class that would help you for farming, do not aim for pvp at the moment, get you a guild that will help you build the way up.

(I use LB to hunt Doppel but higher mvp Doram is better since I don't use Machine Revo on my LB because no EQ) I sold my Nogu equipment because everyone on my guild wants to play Nogu. It's like the pleb class haha.. too good but too many people playing it. For PVP Doram is better but if you have high hit and +15 eq on Nogu it will be decent enough to get high kill count on a team moon woc but team sun its kinda hard unless you're a whale haha..
I would recommend you check the SH meteor pulse build. The bow is about 240m +15 and if you have all other gear +10 you can 1 shot and solo many more mvp than you think.
Thanks for the link. Yeah, meteor pulse is pretty good damage. I think the issue I had at the time, was sometimes meteor pulse wouldn't crit properly and then the damage was low. It was the lack of consistency, but then I didn't have all the proper gear for it. I would have gone the meteor pulse route if I didn't discover Doram, since I liked the potential burst damage to one shot MVPs.
How about Divine Avengers? I have it as my second main account, only farm daily without any students using alt genetic. Afaik, divine avengers for Earth Drive and CAH build are not depending on dmg% deposit, only need to pump up its def depo and +10 gears are quiet good for weekly (as a support with world party, or solo EC and VR guild).
I have only played a bit of DA. I have seen youtubers who used budget DA gear to deal crazy damage to MVPs. DAs are great and we do need support classes. What is the raw zeny like for farming daily?

As someone that is interested in starting, playing kinda casually (could probably be every day but not too many hours per day), and stay completely F2P, would it be Lightbringer? Was kinda suggested to go Stellar Hunter for first character, but it seems that some farming features requires $$. Whats your opinion on it? Thanks!
If you want to do PvE LB is best. Now that there is ancient equipment, zeny is not as important when starting out early on. SH is really bad for pve and if you want progression then LB is more fulfilling.
I've had the best experience with Arcane Master so far. Trying Soul Linker for a week, it's quite strong too. Soul Linker's nuke is better than Arcane Master in my opinion, but there is some setup. Farm wise, Soul Linker is easier, but I think Arcane Master's chain lightning is more flexible since it hits more creatures that aren't near each other.
cn devs said on their live stream that they will rebalance all class once all class are out lets just hope they buff up AA SH to deal good dmg like LB or NoGu
I am glad they will rebalance the classes. I would prefer other classes shining. I don’t think they can nerf NoGu or people would complain, so I like buffing existing classes.

When luna first came out, it was super popular. I saw a lot of people switch over. Now, I don't know many, we have a really strong one in our guild with lots of +15. I think it's good for boss hunting and some PvE instances. I'm not sure why it fell our of popularity. It's probably best to ask in discord.gg/ragnarokm under the dancer and bard channel.
Just check the exchange, there's a lot of +15 bass/whip, means a lot of people quit solar/luna due to doram release & then Nogu. But its good for PVP tho coz of Doomsday skill + new rune.
I have one and in my experience, I can guarantee you this class is perfect for PVP. Solar or Luna, don't matter which. But you really need to improve your defense, hp, reduc% and learn how to use the skills, its not only Doomsday all the way for pvp. There are some "useless" skills that actually will do the job, if you have the right stats. But this class wont work for Mvp or many instances, yeah you can go as a full support, still you won't hold on for long, but you'll get carried everywhere just because you can at least hold on a bit, heal and ress, and maybe throw a buff with Puppeteers Link. For ATK path, full MVP, you wont really get to Kaho or Arc Angeling, if you wanna get there, be ready to have even more deposits than a RM, good cards and almost everything +15. But you can still hunt till Spashire, Garm, etc. For farming it is definitely a good option, with rainstorm you can kill up to 4 or 5 mobs depending where you are, so it'll do the job just fine, and you dont need that much equipment, just foods, good stats and runes. Thats it
Runemaster...1 set equip for everything...need zeny and passion also time to grow was longer than any other job.but when ur done..nobody can beat you.solo everything.even ec,ora nm,ttL..all dungeon..just auto attack and go somewhere do ur real life..
I do have a RM, with the new ancient equipment, it'll be interesting to try. My matk deposit is garbage, so trying to work on it now. Yeah, if you're patient enough, you're unstoppable :)
RM is good for PvE and boss hunting. You just need really good gear. I think once the other ancient equipment comes out, it will be a lot easier to gear up. I will try it out too. Our guild has a lot of very strong RMs that does insane in PvE. But it isn't very F2P friendly.
for me, gene culvert is the best low lv farming... i have gene, ADL & doram (mixed phy & magic build) alt and the result is gene absolutely win my gene only need hellplant occult when my doram have 300+ gm & 300k contri and still struggle 1 hit sting with corn gatling.. and less invest for gene my ADL... nvm 🤣

I haven't tried DA enough. One of my slave is a DA, but it's not geared up. I have seen youtube vids where people can MVP well with divine avenger and cheap gear. Personally, I think DAs are a pretty fair class and not as broken as LB, doram, or NoGu.
My f2p doram account farmed in comodo with the buffs. If that is too hard, plains of Ida at the top is good. Fast spawn and small area. Stapos and man eating grass are pretty easy to kill with a fire converter
I think NoGu is the best. You can out DPS doram like crazy if you have the runes. That is why I stopped investing in Doram, it wasn't worth the zeny. I also started to carry TTB and museum, so I needed a high DPS character. I don't see doram showing up high in overall DPS for those instances. I have heard many people say Doram can do everything but it doesn't excel at anything, and that includes DPS. It has lots of tools which makes it fun, but you won't out DPS LB or NoGu with the same zeny investment.

I don't have enough experience with that class. I have seen people do some crazy damage with it, but I don't see it on the MVP board much or for PvE. How is your experience with that class? Soul depravity has a bit of setup from what I recall, but that seems like the strong skill from that class.
They made it easier for people to start the game. Each account gets one character that can be accelerated to 4th job. This is optional, but I highly recommend people do that. Otherwise starting from level 1 is really slow. In the old days, it could take a few months before you hit your 4th job, so there's no way for people to catch up.
You can look at my pinned comment as to why I didn’t mention RM AA. RM AA is very strong but it takes a lot of zeny and high refine stuff before its true potential shows. It takes a lot of patience but long term, since it benefits from both matk and patk handbook deposits, it is really good.
Yeah, devs favourite RM. I did try RM and since my depo is low, the damage is bad. I wouldn't recommend RM to new people unless they are ready for a painful few years
Yes, I recall seeing them saying that in one of blueberries' CN dev interviews. It's too bad, but the new S rune does help with increasing damage output.
I have a guildmate who has one. He has all 15 gear. I think damage wise, it can be good, but not with just refine 10 gear. I assume battle priest is the Crit version right? I have seen a few priests on the hunt board, but very rarely. I would imagine LB would be better than it. How is your experience with it so far?

I think it's very hard to solo content with a battle priest. You'd end up spending a lot of zeny on physical damage gear and your guild prayers will also be on the physical side. If you're F2P, then you can multiclass to shura (only costs zeny) and look into F2P shura builds. You can more easily one shot MVPs as a shura than with battle priest in my opinon.
Is NoGu good for F2P players? I have a Super Novice class (multi). I already got the Ruthless S rune but I am thinking twice if this class is worth it even playing as F2P.
Nogu is one of the most F2p class. Literally a broken class. All you need is 2 S runes with 3rd line. Get the 2nd one with double tornado. You dont even need a +15 set or high depo.
@@epmrsgn By far NoGu. DA has 3 builds: pure tank, sacrifice AA and Earth Dive, all different equips that you need to invest. Nogu has practically the same equips PvE and PvP. That said, without those 2 Nogu runes the damage is crap so you need to get them.
@@epmrsgn Try snapping Destroyer War Axe with good enchant while it's early. Since Nogu is so OP and easy to build, many players bandwagon, so you'll be competing for the best weapon 😆

RM here with only 12% depo and 10+ gears . . . No whales needed for us 😉 running TTL and Ponape Brave and weeklies for guildmates no problem 👌

Wow 3 gold stars! Switching to NoGu is good. After I switched, it is hard to play doram for PvE because the DPS is so much higher as NoGu

50% of the player base is Nogu its the pleb class

DA/RM here with 10+ gears . . . Tried farming with SOJ (Shield Of Judex) at Comodo and Raw Zenny gave me 8M at 720CT Hope this helps 😉

just need nerf "ruthless slash rune" 3rd line to "invalid to mvp/mini" ... but world war 3 will happen in ROM community

I do have a RM, with the new ancient equipment, it'll be interesting to try. My matk deposit is garbage, so trying to work on it now. Yeah, if you're patient enough, you're unstoppable :)

how about RM for pve hunting boss or dungeon?
RM is good for PvE and boss hunting. You just need really good gear. I think once the other ancient equipment comes out, it will be a lot easier to gear up. I will try it out too. Our guild has a lot of very strong RMs that does insane in PvE. But it isn't very F2P friendly.
for me, gene culvert is the best low lv farming... i have gene, ADL & doram (mixed phy & magic build) alt and the result is gene absolutely win
my gene only need hellplant occult when my doram have 300+ gm & 300k contri and still struggle 1 hit sting with corn gatling.. and less invest for gene

Once you hit like base 130 the zeny gains start dropping off. Do you just keep remaking? But yea at lower levels culvert with gene is amazing

Begetter has actually a great farming spot at the bats in dark light forest getting close to sh while not needing offline farm.
but you need macro , compared to sh who dont need any complicated things with more income too.
@@wordwariii687 no you don't that spot is so small that you just run around and stay close to your plants naturally, that's why I explicitly mentioned that spot.
Just said coming close to sh that sh is better and most importantly way more flexible is not up for discussion.

@@larsknappe4343 btw my SH grinding zeny with 720 stamina to red stamina is around 15m-16m .... 540 stamina / normal stamina is around 12m+ ... how much with your begett ... eluniums are not included will go upto 24m.

I haven't tried DA enough. One of my slave is a DA, but it's not geared up. I have seen youtube vids where people can MVP well with divine avenger and cheap gear. Personally, I think DAs are a pretty fair class and not as broken as LB, doram, or NoGu.
So only left for nogu n LB ya… sad for another class hiks…

My f2p doram account farmed in comodo with the buffs. If that is too hard, plains of Ida at the top is good. Fast spawn and small area. Stapos and man eating grass are pretty easy to kill with a fire converter

I think NoGu is the best. You can out DPS doram like crazy if you have the runes. That is why I stopped investing in Doram, it wasn't worth the zeny. I also started to carry TTB and museum, so I needed a high DPS character. I don't see doram showing up high in overall DPS for those instances. I have heard many people say Doram can do everything but it doesn't excel at anything, and that includes DPS. It has lots of tools which makes it fun, but you won't out DPS LB or NoGu with the same zeny investment.

How about soul blade?
I don't have enough experience with that class. I have seen people do some crazy damage with it, but I don't see it on the MVP board much or for PvE. How is your experience with that class? Soul depravity has a bit of setup from what I recall, but that seems like the strong skill from that class.

They made it easier for people to start the game. Each account gets one character that can be accelerated to 4th job. This is optional, but I highly recommend people do that. Otherwise starting from level 1 is really slow. In the old days, it could take a few months before you hit your 4th job, so there's no way for people to catch up.

You can but it costs BCC to do it. You have to pay for it.

You can look at my pinned comment as to why I didn’t mention RM AA. RM AA is very strong but it takes a lot of zeny and high refine stuff before its true potential shows. It takes a lot of patience but long term, since it benefits from both matk and patk handbook deposits, it is really good.

Yeah, devs favourite RM. I did try RM and since my depo is low, the damage is bad. I wouldn't recommend RM to new people unless they are ready for a painful few years

Yes, I recall seeing them saying that in one of blueberries' CN dev interviews. It's too bad, but the new S rune does help with increasing damage output.
How does battle saint compare to the 4 classes in this video?
I have a guildmate who has one. He has all 15 gear. I think damage wise, it can be good, but not with just refine 10 gear. I assume battle priest is the Crit version right? I have seen a few priests on the hunt board, but very rarely. I would imagine LB would be better than it. How is your experience with it so far?

I think it's very hard to solo content with a battle priest. You'd end up spending a lot of zeny on physical damage gear and your guild prayers will also be on the physical side. If you're F2P, then you can multiclass to shura (only costs zeny) and look into F2P shura builds. You can more easily one shot MVPs as a shura than with battle priest in my opinon.
Is NoGu good for F2P players? I have a Super Novice class (multi). I already got the Ruthless S rune but I am thinking twice if this class is worth it even playing as F2P.
Nogu is one of the most F2p class. Literally a broken class. All you need is 2 S runes with 3rd line. Get the 2nd one with double tornado. You dont even need a +15 set or high depo.

@@epmrsgn By far NoGu. DA has 3 builds: pure tank, sacrifice AA and Earth Dive, all different equips that you need to invest. Nogu has practically the same equips PvE and PvP. That said, without those 2 Nogu runes the damage is crap so you need to get them.

@@epmrsgn Try snapping Destroyer War Axe with good enchant while it's early. Since Nogu is so OP and easy to build, many players bandwagon, so you'll be competing for the best weapon 😆
