Thank you for speaking out about obesity, Ted! I got banned for 30 days on FB for speaking out about ADVERTISEMENTS trying to normalize obesity for young women! I merely commented on the medical reality of encouraging young women to “embrace” and “love” their obesity and I was banned for it! I was banned for “bullying” comments!

Have you listened/watched Fred Bear yet Andy ?? I grew up in N Michigan about 10 miles west of where Ted is talking about . When he says you can feel the Spirit of the Wind - I grew up in that too. You don't need drugs , booze, smoke etc. It's definitely REAL !!! Too bad more folks can't / won't just go out and put themselves in it. Live Long and Prosper

I'm 65. I saw Ted live with the Amboy Dukes. Ted has been performing since around 1958, but don't hold me to that year, {I'm too young} coulda been earlier. His guitar mentors were the blues, rock, motown and sun records giants among others from across the pond. Many if not most were the top black musicians/acts of the time. His roots extend beyond race, color, creed, etc. Ted Nugent is the real deal for American ideals and the American dream imho.

Discipline and a moral code was alive and well in our generation (as in Baby Boomers), but the current crop of young adults seem to have no work ethic whatsoever. Tell ‘em Ted!

There are specific and precious moments between parents and their children when impressions are made that can either be very constructive or destructive. Not that I didn't get many but one of those for me was about marriage. That you marry for life. It was that you commit for better and for worst. It just wasn't enough information to go on to understand the importance of healthy relationships. That had to be learned the hard way because of how I idealized what wasn't there. One message that stuck for Ted was that his body was a temple along with his love and skill for hunting, and those have really paired well together. Also, heard another fan comment, so unverified, that as a teenager Ted came home after having a few beers and his dad railroaded his butt which may have helped him stay away from drinking. I would call that one of those impressionable moments. Of course, this comes along with having good role models as parents. Just a thought. ✌❤🇺🇸🙏

I was introduced to Ted Nugent in the early eightiuse from one of my mother's albums. She had double gonzo. Live and the first song that I played on that album and I cand I killed you, not my mother knew how to put a stereo togethis thing rocked the entire neighborhood. First song I put on. I never gave it a twang Tang sweet poon tang Loud all the way up blaston through the windows out toutdoors and I was like. Oh, yeah. I like thi had to play the entire doubled set album. And there were songs on there that I had no idea. What they were until after they started and my neighbors were not And I emphasize my neighbors were not impressed Is at all with me I played it as loud as it would go And then I caught hell after.

Saw Ted live three three times. First time was in1976 at Anaheim stadium opening for KISS and my reaction was whoa this kicks ass!
Second time 1977 Anaheim again co-headling with Lynyrd Skynyrd and my reaction was: that was ok I guess. Third and (thankfully)last time was 1978 at massive stoner fest CALJAM II and my reaction was
YAWN! Is this guy still around? His shtick got stale really fast. His first record was a great slice of American hard rock not unlike early Montrose or Aerosmith but with each release, he sang more songs and that was part of his downfall. By 1979 most of us had moved on and that was when he became a has-been. Throughout the '80s and '90s, he was relegated to performing in half-filled 700 seat halls and state fairs while bands that USED to open for him like Rush,AC/DC and Scorpions were playing to sell-out crowds in massive stadiums and arenas proving that nobody was interested in listening to the rantings of a loudmouth malcontent any longer. Not to mention the draft-dodging and kiddy lust.
No one cares what Turd has to say musically or politically anymore save for a few burn out mullet sporting diehards
