sorry but I must say, half this video is about you sitting in the room because you had millions of dollars of valuables . buddy if that the case please don't stay at a $20 hotel. if you have that many valuables stay at the Wynn/Encore, Bellagio/ Venetian or same higher caliber hotel and enjoy your entire stay. where you know the safe will be unlocked.
I’ve used the hotel safe, and I don’t even have millions of dollars worth of valuables. I usually put my passport, along with my other important stuff, in the safe, and it is not worth millions. The point is it doesn’t matter if the hotel is cheap. They provide a safe for their guests to use, which should be unlocked.

This was my first time staying at the Horseshoe and was quite excited about it as the location is perfect and they offer great value to their guests (and I still feel this way!). This type of issue is NOT uncommon and it does happen regardless of the caliber of the hotel. In fact, I faced the same thing a few years back when I stayed at the Wynn, but they were able to quickly action and resolve the problem. The reason I included the safe situation in the vlog is to share with the viewers my personal experience with them and how long it took to resolve a common issue that has a quick and simple fix. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Vegas (including all the ones you mentioned) multiple times and issues DO happen (it’s inevitable) - it’s a matter of how they address these issues and how quickly they’re able to resolve them. In my opinion, 5-star hotel or not, they all have a responsibility to provide quick and quality service to their guests. We spend our hard-earned money to go on vacation and it does take away from having a good experience if we have to wait a long time and deal with bad service. As for how Horseshoe handled the situation, I was not impressed by how long it took and the fact that the Evening Manager forgot to action the issue. But in the end, the issue was fixed, and they took accountability by offering a credit for failing to handle it right away and I am satisfied with the resolution and will still consider staying there again. 😊
Finally, a clear video of the studio suite two-queen at the Horseshoe 👍 I've only stayed in the standard rooms there, so I was curious what the larger room set up was like, good job!
wow, must have been a bad day, never had a problem like this at the Horseshoe and I stayed there plenty of times. this is one of my fav hotels on the strip, the prices seems it got higher snice they fully took over as the Horseshoe.
I agree; it must’ve been an isolated issue (I sure hope so!). Apart from that, the overall experience was fine. They eventually fixed it and offered a $50.00 credit in the end. Thanks for watching! ☺️
I stayed at the Horseshoe Dec 17 to 22nd 2023. My King room was on yhe 23rd floor. I had NO issues save for a half hour 1a.m. to 1:30a.m. construction noise for dismantling an F1 structure one night. As a result I was comped a day's resort fees. All of the front desk staff except one were professional. I would stay here again.
Yeah that would suck to deal with the construction noise. Glad that they were able to provide you a credit. I will stay there again too! The hotel offers great value and location is pretty awesome too. Thanks for watching! ☺️
I wish! 😅 To me, the saddest part of it was the Evening Manager suggesting me to checkout when it was 2-minute fix.. then, he didn’t call the maintenance team that evening or put a note on my file about our conversation! That was unacceptable but glad George was able to fix it. Thanks for watching! ☺️
Hi, I would have hid my valuables in the room or moved to another room. The time you spent trying to rectify your safe issue you could have moved. However of course its great you posted the terrible customer service! Thanks.
I agree.. the time spent rectifying the safe issue was loooonnngg. Unfortunately, moving to another room wasn’t an option either; they told me they were fully booked due to New Year’s Eve weekend. Thanks for watching ☺️
The problem with place is they don't have any Customer service.wait when you cash your play ticket on the cash machine and it shorts you 100 dallors and tell you sorry can't help.

I would want the whole day comped with food and beverage. They basically had you handcuffed to that room by making you wait to fix safe
