Never by an oven with ridged sides. Nightmare to clean properly. Also if you are buying an oven, get one with a top element that swings down to allow easy access to the oven roof - which is where most of the crap will accumulate.

All I want is a NON fan assisted build in single gas oven, sadly they are not available any more how i wish i kept my Moffat oven ALL ovens now have very little If any insulation to keep the heat in so they stick a fan in to push the heat out n they rate them ALL A RATING like hell yes cause the Original A Rating is now A *** the B A** the C A* n the original D is Now the new A rating, far cheaper to stick n little fan than build an over with Good heat insulation, why we hang our cloths out to dry even with no sun the wind dries them so does the fan in the new fan ovens dries the food too, bought 2 ovens with fans the first i returned to the supplier n the second i have disconnected it i have no oven now but then again am Not eating dry roast but hey its the "Fashion" one day Real ovens will come back again
