I have one they are not meant for bashing it says it in the owner's manual that is for race purposes only and they are not meant to be sent 30 feet up in the air that's why ur having problems with the battery tray

Try takin some strips of black Gorilla Tape about an inch wide and lay strips all around the outside edge, rolling an even amount over each side. Aught to keep it stayin there a lil better, however after watching this vid idk how that truck has not ceased to live yet haah Hey Happy Bashin Brotha 😎🎮 🏎️
You should get one. They are very fun and pretty durable. The one thing I have to say though is if you want it for performance you should probably get something else. But if you want a decent overall truck that’s very scale you should get it.

Get one. Get some RPM rear trailing arms, the Traxxas optional upper rear links, and front metal driveshaft and you will be set.
