I bought the Corsair RM850e (2023) Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply - ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Compliant psu it comes with the PCI-e 5.0 12V PWR Cable but there is no12VHPWR connector on psu side. Corsair says to connect the two 8 pin connector to the psu side and the 12VHPWR to the gpu. The cable has two 8 pin connectors that merge into one 12VHPWR connector. My question is the psu really ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Compliant or is this false advertisement.

In theory yeah cuz it comes with the new PSU standards ATX 3.0 and PCIE 5.0 so the PSU could handle the X2 and X3 power excursion.
I just bought the same PSU, was a bit tricky to get one cuz they tend to fly pretty quick due to the facility payment that Amazon was giving on those PSU's
I'm still waiting for my PSU to arrive I hope it comes perfectly fine
