The HOLY Spirit is in us if we are indeed born again. As a result, we will desire holiness. However, no amount of obedience or holiness on our part could ever qualify us to be redeemed. God’s standard is perfection. Only Jesus qualifies. If we have Him, it’s HIS righteousness that qualifies and redeems us.

March 24, 2024, I give my life to Jesus. I struggle to believe in Him sometimes, but I will ask God to help me have faith and continually pursue Him in my life! I want to live each day by His grace and love. Lord, let me experience love and grace that only comes from You. You are my King, Lord, Father, and Friend. Help me to be holy as I live by grace and believe in that grace I have received. I cannot be saved anyhow by my deeds. Even when I pursue goods, they may turn out evil if the good deed is to glorify myself and not You. That's why I need Your grace, Lord. Instead of trying to save myself, help me to trust in You and get saved by grace. I thank You, Lord, and pray all these in Jesus' Name, AMEN!

@lukecash1826 Your question is answered with scripture. Jer. 28:15, Matt. 23:13, Acts 8:9, Acts 13:8-10, Rom. 16:17, 2Co. 10:12, 2Co. 11:12-13, Phil. 3:2, 1Tim. 1:20, 2Tim. 2:17. I have given you these scriptures to peruse. You will discover that light has to expose darkness. False preachers need to be exposed.

Wow firstt time listening to this preacher of god, I love Jesus and am proud to be a child of God ive been baptised but just lately I've been feeling like I can't hear him and my fire isn't burning as it should be, here now at 4pm sun 10th March 2024 I stood up in my kitchen and recited John's prayer and woah praise God I truly felt the presence of God and the spirit upon me, in tears and so blessed there's clearly changes I need to make in my life but his last word about draw close to God and he'll draw closer to you so so powerful thank you John thank you Jesus xx

I believe you,the presence of God that came was powerful indeed.
Only the pure in heart will see Jesus, as He is. And in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet (for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and ) we will all be changed ... for we will behold Him. What we shall later be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him like He is (I John 3:2). And everyone who has this hope IN HIM purifies himself, just as He is pure, I John 3:3. For just a little longer & He who is coming will arrive and not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith, and IF he shrinks back, I will take no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:37,38. If you are not longing for His glorious appearing and purifying yourself towards this end, you will shrink back when He appears... and Jesus will take ZERO pleasure in you.

I started talking to ppl about 10yrs ago t we dont talk about Holiness for Jesus says I am Holy. Nd then about 3 or so yrs ago I moved nd find myself bringing it up like my body aches nd my heart hurts and aches like a person with agony. Irony that missiinaries kept coming back even tho we sat on the porch in the cold.

I'm crying while watching and hearing this message, I don't know why. It's like there is a heavy burden that I want every follower to see and watch this video.
Reverential Fear for God and Intimacy with Him, are what we need to pursue holiness.
We can love God but not have the reverential fear for God that will hinder us from pursuing holiness and establishing His kingdom in our lives and here on earth (to other people).
Lord help us Your followers to pursue holiness. 🛐❤️

@5:09 I appreciate how you explained that this was a promise, not a command (James 1:16-17), because I was afraid of being deceived. I used to be terrified that it would happen to me, so I had to be extra cautious (and I still am because this world is evil), but knowing that we have a promise not to be deceived by KEEPING God's Truth (Jesus, aka God's Word) is so reassuring! It truly is a simple gospel, and there is nothing good apart from God! So long as we keep God's Word in our hearts, we will not be deceived or disappointed! Hallelujah! Thank you, Lord, for your mighty, powerful and living WORD!!
