    Great video!! Would it be possible to feed grass instead of hay?

      @finsandwhiskers  Před 3 lety +1

      Domesticated rabbits will always need hay for a number of reasons but especially because it would be too difficult to provide fresh grass daily! However you can offer fresh grass as a supplement as long as it’s non treated, nor mowed (grass cut by lawn mowers can upset their tummies as they ferment). You’d also have to be certain that no animals have urinated there. You can grow wheatgrass, barley grass, oat grass or more as quick as 7 days as a better additional fresh supplement though! I have a video on it if you’re interested 💕 czcams.com/video/tmWuyMYTzak/video.html

    Also my rabbit died a couple of months ago she was my best friend she was called honey 💕 I have one male rabbit left he if quite old and we are scared to get another one in case we will be stuck with just one again if anything happens to him do you have any thoughts 😀

      I think it’s your judgement call! It’s perfectly understandable to not get another for this reason. I’d just make sure you can spend lots of time with them to make up for it!
