Beautiful footage from the top of the mountain! I have always been scared of these zip lines but I finally tried on on the ship, now I think I can work my way up to one on the islands.
Yes, I’m the one always waiting at the bottom. I did finally do the zipline on the Allure, but haven’t gotten brave enough to join the rest of the family on the zip lines! lol ~ Cyndi :)
I rode the dragon in Haiti, this one looks less scary. I will try it in February, sailing on the Symphony!
This zipline was more vertical and than the one in Haiti. Austin said this one was more scary. Lol. Let us know what you think if you try it!

We have a drone, and are going to St. Maarten next March. Does your drone tell you when you can not fly due to an airport near by??
Yes, it’s a dji mini se and it alerts you when you are too close to airports and restricted air space. The drone didn’t have any problems taking off here.

What was the blue tarp like thing for? I noticed you both didn’t have one-only one of you?
Austin didn’t need it because he was lighter. It helps to slow you down a bit and makes the impact at the bottom much better. The heavier you are, the faster you’ll go.
@@SiegleMedia ok thank you. We have done the Flying Dutchman and neither of us needed anything like that. Maybe this one is steeper…
This zipline was the steepest we’ve been on and first time I’d seen anyone have to put a cape on to slow down. It was great!
