I just binge watched your whole channel lol . keep it up bruh
DeMark J same here lol
This channel is a gift to basketball fans
The main reason he isn't an allstar yet is the list of point guards in the west: Westbrook, Lillard, Curry, Harden, Conley, CP3. Maybe next year Swipa.
He will take DeRozan spot i guess
John Thomas If he keeps improving at the rate he has been. He is going to be better than Conley and CP3
Same for Ja Morant.
@@withalittlehelpfrom3 Stop with that bs. Fox here is a better shooter, passer, finisher, midrange scorer and definitely better defender than Morant and he's not an all star and u think Ja is an all star? U need to change whatever ur smoking my guy
@@goated.content Ja draws more eyes cause of the explosiveness
trying to appreciate the excellent breakdown, but I'm just too distracted by willie cauley-stein's missed dunk at 1:16
As a Kings fan, we see this a lot
as a Kentucky fan, I don't know why this dude isn't better than he is. I don't think the kings are gonna resign WCS, what you think? @@tysonking3750
@@Nick23400 na doubt we will, I believe it's more to do with his work effort. If you watch him he is very Lazy, doesnt try his hardest

@@obalitkhana6798 very easy to hate on Willie
Ayyyyyy it's here, he's quickly becoming one of my favourite players to watch
Thank you Ben! We need more smart people talking and analyzing basketball!
This is a PUBLIC SERVICE.
It's crazy seeing Fox from before and now taking another leap in 2023...earning the Clutch Player of the Year award and making the all star team! LTB!
How he dropped so much in the draft blows my mind, quite possibly the fastest player in the league, crazy athletic in general, runs the offense very well for his age, easy steal for the kings. Excellent vid, earned a sub
Man, he really could be John Wall with a jumpshot...
I subscribed after I watched your analysis about Mitchell, and now I'm watching some of your videos. You're a basketball genious, man! I love basketball and I learned a lot on your videos. Your analysis about young players also help us who are also beginners.
Just an incredible player, absolute joy to watch! Thanks for making such an wonderful video, this guy really deserves more attention for the star he’s developing into!
This channel will blow up. Thanks for these videos this is the exact way I would like to get information going on in the league. Thanks
I really like how you present the information. Thank you for this, keep it up.
Still can't believe the Lakers passed on him for Lonzo. Fox killed Lonzo in college and I always thought he was the better player.
Same
Business my guy
@@gabrielpichardo965 That business wasn't good business.
Hype...thought Lonzo was going to develop into a Magic Jr because of his IQ and passing ability...little did they know he lacks agression and confidence at times.
All you need to see is the picture of Fox on the floor after a loose ball and Ball standing up.
Awesome analytics man! Great effort on the editing and not simply having random B roll covering the voiceover. Instant Subscription!
Excellent quality analysis. Keep going
Your videos are so good man , keep it up, no one else is going this in depth
Thought-provoking & thorough as always, Ben
Thanks Josiah! Looking forward to doing more.
I really love this channel. Love the analysis and the way you do it. Keep the hard work !
I’m watching all of your videos, I’m excited to see what you make in the future
Quality video with so much knowledge, keep it up!
Yooo i LOVE your videos dude!!!!! Keep on making them bro!!! Love the science and knowledge behind basketball!!
I appreciate the effort you put into your videos keep up the great work!
I love this channel. It really helps you understand the game
man, I really overlooked Fox. I think that he will definitely be star if not a superstar. he still has time to develop that right hand a bit more and also just polish his game more. This is amazing to see the development of young players see how good they are becoming right in front of our eyes.
Enjoying how in depth you go!
You make terrific analysis video, keep it up!
FABULOUS! I'd love to see you analyze how some of the great players do what they do. Harden and his bag of tricks comes to mind. For what you're already doing Doncic would be a great subject obviously. I think Jokic is a fascinating player and would love to see a breakdown of his game. Keep it up!
Great video. Great page. Keep them coming
This is seriously good content! Major props! :)

Big up from Switzerland !!!
Pascal Siakam is the most improved for me.
You are wrong
Buddy Hield says hi.
Buddy is the same player as last year. He is taking about 6 more shots and playing more minutes. That's about it.
That’s why you’re a sheep :)
If I recall correctly Buddy's 3 pt and mid range fg% increase this year. So just like critics say he lost his shots because of gaining weight (loss of muscle memories)
I think only Siakam and D. Lo are in the debate of IMP
Great video. Analysis on Luka Doncic?
Definitely on my to-do list.
Calling it now fox will be a future mvp and champion
Yep,
Keep on dreaming. Efficiency is king, so players like Steph Curry are the future of guard play. You have to be able to make 5 3's a game, score 70% inside 3' and playmake when you get doubled or create a defensive rotation. Fox only rates elite on a few defensive metrics. His offensive game needs to change to be an MVP, a near impossibility for PG's. Still as I said before Fox was drafted, he would easily match John Wall in talent.
@@gullintanni There may be some truth to what you're saying however you should take into account the fact that when Curry was drafted he came into a much different league. His first two years in the league he was a good shooter but wasn't the player he is now and was older in his second season than Fox is now. They are two different players and while I don't think Fox will be an MVP I think in the right situation, on the right team he can be an integral piece on a championship team. It's important that we all remember that this game goes in waves and trends. We don't know what the next trend, rule change or offensive innovation will be and whatever it is could be something that plays into Fox's or a player of his skill set and athletic makeup's favor. There are a number of players who are all star and superstar caliber now in their primes that you could not have known would be the players they are now in their second season in the league, but you saw flashes of high level ability at times. Some of those players are Giannis, Paul George, Boogie Cousins, Anthony Davis, Victor Oladipo and Kawhi Leonard to name a few. Some more recent instances would be Jokic who took off in his second season and has continued to round into a very solid player, Pascal Siakam who in his third year is probably the second best player on that team (not quite all-star caliber but certainly a late bloomer showing great ability on both ends of the floor), Zach Lavine (although I'm not sure what he really is as a player because he's currently just a volume scorer, like a way more athletic Kevin Martin), and even one of Fox's current teammates - Buddy Hield who looks like a guy who will be a good scoring option for the next 4-5 years.
Ultimately there's no way to determine from 1 and a half season what Fox's ceiling is (remember he spent too much time sharing the backcourt with George Hill early last season before they gave him the keys as well) so let's just sit back and enjoy the ride.
@@jayfeev215 I think you underestimate how hard it is to get that MVP. PG's have to shoot 50/40/90 or average a tripple double to have a shot. Fox is not that calibre player. He is much more like Wall, a steady AllStar.
@@gullintanni So I didn't say he would be an MVP, go back I read what I wrote, I said he could be an integral part on a championship team. Also If he ranks elite on any defensive metrics in his second season he's already higher in that respect than Steph in either of his MVP seasons. I'm really not comparing the two and also reiterating the fact that i don't think Fox will be an NFL but he's a damn good young player with leadership qualities that you have to love. I also think his midrange and outside shooting are much farther along than John Wall's was at this point in his career. Time will tell.
you have 3k subs first 3 vids for a reason, high quality videos right here
Quality stuff especially for a new channel.
Yoo I just found this channel I I like this shit bro. I appreciate good basketball and especially when u break it down like this. Good stuff
Amazing content. Can you do the same with Demar DeRozan? He is quite intriguing...
Good video!!!
U got under rated vids... these are what I’ve been looking for, for a long time. Please make a giannis vid👍👍
Fox is one of my favorite players to watch simply because of how unique he is. Like a skinny Westbrook (speed wise) but with a shot preference over power in the paint. He’s also really quick witted in person if you’ve ever heard him talk. Jaylen Brown was the most intelligent (IRL not Court) of his class and Fox definitely is from this one. Loved your point about his speed recovery on plays and block attempts- how he lands after trying and then immediately shoots up again is insane- can’t think of anyone faster in the league, but I guess that makes sense being so tiny. Just rare to see someone that quick also be that tall. Absolutely this Fox tho.
Love the content. Please make more. Hell even consider a patreon if you need the resources. Your channel will grow quickly if you keep on
Good job
Amazing.....your so good I'm watching videos about players i dont even care about!

Another important point is that Fox operates with 7 lanes to the basket. He organizes his attack on the basket by picking a lane of attack, kind’ve like a pitcher choosing where he’s gonna have the ball end up.
His lefty handicap is clear, because his center lane leans heavily left, and the two closest left lanes are pretty mixed up, implying he’s far more comfortable maneuvering and shooting left. I’d imagine a lot of his drives right end with him going left past the defender, but I don’t watch many Sacramento games.
Love watching Sacramento basketball because of him! They are so fun since they really have no reason to tank because they dont have their pick
"more rorschach than morey" brilliant
what is the music in the background?
Fox needs to watch Mike Conley when it comes to finishing at the hoop
yea
Yeah he does but he is already really good at finishing to me.

Hey, your description misspells "assess" and I usually wouldn't point this sorta thing out but it says "asses" which is kind of hilarious.
Can you make an analysis video about Buddy Hield?
He should also do Buddy Hield
Buddy Hield profile?
As soon as I clicked on this video, I got an ad with Hasan Minhaj, one of the biggest Kings fans in the world!
I doubt that was a coincidence.
Wish you could do a player analysis on my 2k myplayer lol
he is a strong candidate for most improve player of the year award hopefully he will win it. if he would not be an all star this year he would be an all star near future that's for sure.
He’s my favorite young player in the NBA and does anyone know what’s the name of the background music?
It's like somebody cloned Tiny Archibald from the early to mid 1970's and stuck a wig on him and called him Fox.
Do you happen to still have the average year by year ts% that you used in the top 40 series / do u know where to find them?
Average for the league? You can calculate that off of this: www.basketball-reference.com/leagues/NBA_stats.html
@@ThinkingBasketball thank you again didnt see thid
good vid
Anyone know who is the top dot of every category on the advanced stats chart at the end of every video??
How was his rookie season disappointing? Just because there were more NBA ready rookies, and rookies with more hype, anyone who was watching him could tell he has everything to get to the top. He is improving fast, and he is already great, as you broke it down, but for me it's not surprising at all. It's also weird to nominate a sophomore for MIP in my opinion. The analysis is great.
he was bad. like straight out bad. he had some nice clutch moments but he never really had anything going. last year, fox was ranked #503 out of 521 in rpm, #658 out of 664 in rapm and #526 in pipm. this season? #52 in rpm, #62 in rapm and #58 in pipm. like this might be one of the greatest improvements in the game of basketball (unless a bad player instantly becomes an all star)
5:40 you called it. Did they make the right choice between fox and Halliburton? We’ll know by this time next year I suppose
5:58 spot on
Great vid to lonzo
He's my favorite player all time
Facts dat boy Fox next up
So glad that the Kings are winning; been a long time coming.
Do a video on Dennis Smith Jr
So what I’m getting defensively from this video is a little bit like AI where he wasn’t exactly a great defender but with some solid defenders around him that could cover for his mistakes he could be a perennial league leader in steals
Can you please do an analysis on PG Justise Winslow?
*His speed remind me of a young John Wall before he put on weight*
Every since that march madness game where locked up lonzo i knew he was gunna be special
Can i ask if you get copyright claimed on your videos? Thank you
Lets go kings!!!!
On the chart at 7:04, how come the dot for his scoring rate at 71% is ahead of the dot for his passer rating at 89% and the dot for offensive load at 90%?
Please analyze Shai Gilgeous-Alexander!
Most improved player💥💥
Make on for luka doncic please
2:42 You can see Peja Stojakovic in the back chilling and watching his ex team
Pascal Siakim is the most improved player in my opinion
Your opinion is shit
Do you happen to know where I could find rapm and APM data / lists?

Got potential to be like a top 3 point guard in the leauge?
he fast as hell
high potential
What's the song?
I can’t think of a plausible reason that you don’t a have million subs
DO ONE ON DLO!
I've always said that if Fox actually played football he would be a to 10 pick at corner
He reminds me a little bit of a taller denis schroder, who both had questionable jumpers and used their speed to finish at the rim and in the midrange. Fox is easily the better defender, and player rn.
Do doncic next please
