Liquid hydretain is where it’s at. A gallon will last you a long time at 1.500 sqft. I have 3k sqft and I will get 6 applications from a gallon jug and it’s $60 on Amazon. Shipped.

Lesco has hydretain that's just rebranded with their logo on it. I think it's called moisture manager. If you have a site one near you you can pick one up. Not cheap though. 😂

Hydretain works great. I used the liquid . Its cheaper by the thousand square feet. It 9 oz per 1000. You must water before ,then apply Hydretain and then water in . This product is well worth the money.

My lazy ass has not brought out my above ground irrigation yet. But I know I have to soon. We been getting decent amount of rain in Jersey so Im like two weeks out lmaooo. Oh I wish I had in ground irrigation.

Yardbrah!! I'm surprised at you. Leave those worms alone, not only are they natural aerators of the soil but there worm castings are an excellent source of fertilizer. It is a compliment as to the health of you soil to even have them, and to have so many is doing your yard more good than harm. Get a soft bristled brush, brush those mounds down, and let them do there thing. Getting rid of the worms is like saying bees are on my flowers let me get rid of the bees come on.

worm castings are the best fertilzer you can get! just knock them down with a rake to work the back in! if you get rid of the worms, your grass wont look nearly as good in the future. they're your friends bruh!

Except the ones across the street there’s more dandelions than actual grass it’s gross looking. I wonder if they’ll be motivated to fix that after seeing everyone around them take care of their lawns.
