To make homemade chops:
Meat - 600 - 700 g
Egg - 3-4 pcs.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Flour - for rolling the chops
1. Cut the meat into pieces, turn the top over with fibers and beat with a hammer.
2. Salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Beat eggs with a fork, salt a little.
4. Roll each chop in flour, then dip in an egg.
5. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
