    1. Include a source of protein in each meal for muscle mass, satiation, and metabolism (min 25g for each meal)
    2. Aim for the middle of weight loss range, not lower or upper
    3. Log ahead of time in morning (ie plan ahead)
    4. Do your lessons daily
    5. Ask for a coach
    6. Take the slow and steady approach

    I forgot eat veggies and fruit that are felling. This help me a lot than I had others food with my meals . Don’t forget water it’s felling too and good for you .😊
