Today I am going to show you a 548MB SuperNano build of Windows 7! It's definitely not as capable as NTDEV's Tiny10, but is twice as small. Most of functionality is still present, but some is sadly gone. For instance, web browsing is immensely difficult.

@@ShiroCh_ID FAT8 existed before MS-DOS, though it may have been supported in initial releases for legacy reasons. It is otherwise obsolete. FAT12 still exists in floppy diskettes and small USB sticks (up to 32 MB max.) FAT32 started in 1996 with the release of Windows 95 OSR2, supporting significantly larger partitions than FAT16, previously capped at 4 GB for Windows NT and 2 GB for DOS / Win9x. I can’t speak for any 64-bit implementation of FAT, lacking any personal need currently.

I think it will be the same. Literally look at the difference between 11 and 10 versus 7 and 10. (Windows 8 to 7 also is drastically different but 8 and 10 are almost the same so probably also 1 gig too)

Add: thx for some people helping to turn it to English by some reg tweaking and after configured, this windows 7 can run On 64mb of ram without any issue
Yeah. I think you can use N.Lite to modify it.
Remove all the unwanted garbage and make a English version... its simple
Well in this Windows 7 thing, you could just close the command prompt and delete the startup file and Windows will still be in english.

If you freeze frame at 1:38, you can see that it broke and did the BSOD
There was MicroXP, it only took about 95MB, a 90% reduction considering XP is over 1 gig in size, in order to do this. all themes, fonts, programs, games, libraries, drivers, and all other eye candy was removed.
So essentially updated windows 2000?

There is a registry file in the Windows folder that you can add to the registry that enables the English US locale without the boot error if you modify the locale in the region settings.

Hey enderman, I tried this (I also used VMware) and when I put it in there and booted up, after the restart, it crashed. Closed the VM again, opened it back up, and I got a BSoD on my host operating system. Do you know any way to fix this?
That only happens to me on older VMware versions, try using VMware 16, Endermanch actually has a key and link for that version

"How to Switch Language (English) on Windows 7 SuperNano"
1. Open Drive C:
2: go to Windows folder
3. find "Enable_en-US.reg" and open file (Registry files)
4. Click "yes" and "ok"
5. Reboot Windows and Enjoy (I tried it and it works.)

Other way is to delete firstlogon.reg from \Windows\system32 during oobe to get English

I was trying it but after every restart I would have to stop the virtual machine and I got to the point where it wouldn’t work so you have any ideas

Hi Andrew, i have a problem with VMware. Every time i set up a new VM (Windows XP or higher) and installed VMware tools, it begins to lag hard when i move Windows or when i'm performing basic tasks (like opening something). I allocated 2GB RAM and 786MB graphics memory and 1 CPU core. My host hardware is also good enough (Intel Core i7 1156G7, NVIDIA MX350). What can i do or is there a fix?

@@AbdiKhairil i already tried this, but the lags continued. Maybe, this is a problem in the Video driver that comes with VMware Tools. Maybe updating VMware Tools itself to a beta version or something would help.

@@AbdiKhairil I'm 100% sure that my PC meets the system requirements. I have an Intel Core i7 1156G7, 16 GB of RAM, a 512GB M2 SSD and an NVIDIA MX 350. I think that this is enough to run a VMware VM.
