I understand your challenges cause I too live alone and I find it hard cooking on most days so it will be much harder transitioning from that to being compelled to cook everyday.
My suggestion is, you stock up on groceries for the month, prepare all your ingredients like green spices, veggies like carrots, bell peppers, boil your beans, and store them in the freezer, then have like a roster for the week with dishes that complement your stocked up raw foods. So you just have to combine your ingredients in the pot and don’t have to wait for stuff to boil or have to slice certain ingredients, except you want it fresh but there isn’t any difference really. Also, it’s Douala so I don’t know if the freezer will hold up its end of the bargain🥲
Another con for this is, having to wait for stuff to defrost💀 But you can always remind yourself to do it each night before going to bed. Defrost what needs defrosting.
I would prefer this to bulk cooking or meal prepping because as someone who gets bored after eating something once or twice, I don’t like repeating meals, cause they’ll just end up getting wasted.
Nevertheless, this is just a kind suggestion.

I like the idea of prepping and storing so that cooking becomes easier. Will definitely do that for the month of June and provide feedback via vlog 😃. I tried bulk cooking and I have a bowl of 2 months old eru sitting in my freezer 🤣🤣.
