Starting two new PRODUCTIONS | Forestry on ERLENGRAT | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 41

Today we are in ERLENGRAT and we are starting new productions. We started with jumping into Valtra 8750 and moving a low-loader trailer and firewood processor out of the way. Then we built the new tree trunk packing production out of shipping containers. The new production packs tree trunks onto the pallet and then we can export the tree trunks or use them in other productions. After that was done we jumped into MAN TGX 26.880 with a crane and timber trailer and we headed to the forest to load the logs. When we arrived we got the truck and trailer in position and then we unfolded the crane and started loading two 7-meter-long pills of logs. It took us some time to load the logs, then we strapped them and headed back to the new production. After we got back we parked the truck and trailer in position and then we headed to the industrial area with Hilux. We got the Liebherr 550 xPower wheel loader with log grab and we used it to unload the logs from the trailer to the production. When that was done we returned it back to the industrial area and we returned back with the Hilux to the Sawmill. Then we parked the truck and trailer and jumped into Valtra 8750 and attached the Fliegl ASW 271 trailer to it. We used a tractor and trailer to get the woodchips from the other productions to the new paper and cardboard production. We managed to get two loads of woodchips and then we parked the tractor and trailer. Then we jumped into Hilux and headed to the local livestock dealer where we borrowed Manitou MLT 737 telehandler and we drove it to the loading station. After that was done we got the MAN TGX 26.580 Krone from the industrial area and we also got it to the loading station. Then we jumped into Hilux and headed to borrow the train from GLW. We used the train to transport the empty pallets and glue from the Felsbrunn where we bought it to the loading station. We paid 6.600 euros for six pallets of empty pallets and six glue pallets. Then we used a telehandler to unload the pallets from the train into the MAN TGX 26.580 Krone. When that was done we returned to the train and then we used Hilux to go back to the loading station. We jumped into the truck and headed to the new products where we unloaded the empty pallets and glue. After that was done we returned the tuck back to the industrial area and then we headed to the local dairy production. We borrowed MAN TGX 26.640 tanker truck that we used to transport the water from the spring in the mountains to the new production. When that was done we returned the truck back and then we jumped into Hilux and drove to the new production. We repurposed the old Biomass Heating Plant into the new paper and cardboard production. It used glue, water, woodchips, and empty pallets to produce paper and cardboard. We started the production and then we parked the Hilux and headed inside the Sawmill.
