Actually the main local beer is called Medalla and a lot of people drink it. But yes a lot of people drink Heineken too.

Interesting video on PR, although it was more of a visit to just one city or area of the island. Much like going to Hawaii and staying in Honolulu. There's sooooo much more to that island than just San Juan. Hopefully, if you return, you venture out to see the other 90% that was missed this time. Having a car to explore the mountains, quaint towns, fishing villages, and other very unique natural attractions is a big plus.
YES!!!! I almost said "24 hours in Puerto Rico" to try not to deceive anyone that I would share everything and then went with this title and thumbnail. I truly enjoyed PR and need to go back soon to really do justice to this amazing island!

@@JonGrossGringo yes better beaches better food and less expensive! Also world class surfing! Just few weeks ago there was a world surfing contest! Be aware of the rip currents. Skate boarding also
Cats were placed thruout old san juan to control the mice/rat from running around..
Looks like a fun place to be. Where do they get all the electricity needed for that new mall!? Watch out for venomous snakes if you go to the jungle... Show us some exotic birds on the island😊 El Morro is very imposing, I think there is a museum inside? Thanks for showing us your adventures Jon😊
There's so much there on this small island! Good question about the electricity for the mall... NO idea! but it must be expensive each month! ha! There is a museum inside of the Morro! YES! We didn't go in because we got there too early and had other things to see in the short amount of time but it was such a great trip. Exotic birds!! Oh that would have been a great idea!!!! I hope to be back soon with the family! If we do, I'll be sure to see some exotic birds!!!
@@JonGrossGringo Of course there's only so much you can see in a short period of time, but if you go back with the family, it will be a great adventure for Moses and Elise!

There’s no venomous snakes in Puerto Rico. I’m born and raised in the mountains of PR and if I’ve seen a snake in PR 3 times in my whole life, is a lot.
