This makes my heart center hurt in a weird way. Like a tension way. I knew I had a heart chakra block but hoping w more sound therapy I can open it back up again
The best thing we can do is to take deep breaths into the feelings and emotions, it allows for the release to take place a bit smoother! Lots of love coming your way.

I have a question. Does a singing bowls healer(?) have pure mind and body to make pure sound?
I believe that intention is one of the most important factors in these creations. Oftentimes you can feel when someone isn't truly present while performing or if their heart is in it or not. 💚💚
