do i need to list off all the things that pikachu has done that umbreon hasnt and besides pikachu has a massive amount of moves it can use to take down umbreon like volt tackle, thunder, thunder wave, double team, light screen, and agility ive looked at umbreon's move set the best thing its got going for it is sand attack, confuse ray, moonlight, assurance, faint attack, and last resort most of its moves only have a base power of 40 or 60 with one execption being a 140 but with pikachu's stat raising moves i highly doubt that would be a problem.
