Blackmailed and Doxxed For Telling the Truth - My Response

- This is a response to the disgusting blackmail that I've been dealing with for 1 year that Swag Academy stumbled upon and put out on his channel as if it was true a few days ago. To Swag Academy's credit, upon learning that the information was 100% wrong, immediately deleted his video and issued an apology. Because of this, there is no feud between me and Swag Academy. This is not Internet drama, it's a disgusting tactic used by anonymous 'gurus' who are angry that their predatory lies have been exposed. I believe at the end of the day that Swag Academy made an unbelievably stupid error, but that he wouldn't have published the info had he known it was false. He has apologized to my wife and I, and while his initial response was COMPLETELY unwarranted and out of proportion, this is over between myself and him.
The second part of this video is dedicated to the anonymous harassment and blackmail campaign I've been on the receiving end of since early 2020ish, the dates are a bit fuzzy at this point. I've been hunting down the perpetrators of this and have IP logged some of them, received blackmail and other emails suggesting this is the work of some fragile millionaires upset with the work that I do on this channel.

All of this means one thing: Coffeezilla has started having some heavy impact on the fake guru industry, helping innocent people see the true colors of these alphas lol. Thank you, keep it up, you got an army of millions of followers.

Yes! Coffee, I work in law. If you see this, I suggest you speak to an attorney to talk about the laws in your jurisdiction for defamation. False accusations of crimes and professional incompetence, as seen here, is considered “slander per se” in my state, meaning a statement with those kinds of accusations carries liability by default and you can collect presumed damages (meaning damages that haven’t even happened yet but are “presumed” by law based on the nature of the statements). I think you might have a slam dunk case here. You can do that with ripoff report too since they published those statements and refuse to take them down. It’s fucking extortion.

There are a million angles the guy from Rip Off Report might have been coming from. It could have been someone other than Dan Lok behind the smear campaign and Dan Lock may have been mentioned to misdirect Coffee from finding out who is behind it, he could have wanted to use the possibility of getting the videos about Lok taken down to gain something from Lok, or it could have been Lok himself that was behind it, or there may have been some other reason for mentioning Lok. When you see what these people are willing to do in order to deceive their audience, conceal their wrongdoings and lie about anyone to anyone that might believe them there is only one practical approach to take when dealing with fraudsters. That is to not trust a single word these people say.

Also, you might not know, but if you go back a couple years from now there's this video his wife made where they talk about their whole reality TV experience, her eventually trying to get him to get back into trading, etc. It's pretty interesting. If you look into all those things it's hard to say he's fake. Yeah he doesn't live trade, at least not on YT, but it's not like he hasn't shown that he understands the market, or helped tons of people learn how to trade. If you've done extensive research and have some exclusive info that the rest of us just haven't seen that proves that he's not actually trading, I'd love to see it. Blackmail is when something you've done wrong and it is threatening to be exposed.
Extortion is where someone is making up a bunch of bad rumours or lies and "threatening to expose" it.

On a serious note, if there is a threat against health or life contact the FBI. They have the ability to track it back to the IP. I know it sounds like they wouldn’t care about it but I have been there and they were able to track it back to its origin and found him.

The arbitration thing is definitely not true. You never signed any kind of contract with them that included agreeing to arbitration, as such, they cannot force you into it. You would still need to hire a lawyer to go after them though, so you're going to be out much more than that.

i dont think it’s that. their whole business model is one big defamation lawsuit and not in some way bulletproof hosting a site like that would be super dumb and kill it much earlier.

My first thought was simply 'Why would I believe some guy whose entire career is to scam people over Coffee whom from CoffeeBreak to Zilla has shown nothing but decency.' I'm so glad to see Coffee isn't stepping down even an inch.
All around a horrible situation and I'm sorry The Coffee family is going through this, and I'm very thankful he let us peer inside. I just hope this doesn't allow fake gurus to attract more desperate people by attacking Coffee's character rather then his points.

Coming from middle class family I wanted to make money fast and give my family a happy life but I could not afford the course so didn't buy it. When I finally could buy is I stumbled upon your videos and got saved.
