The ic3 is useless. I got scammed on ebay when they had the ebay car warranty guarantee.. and ebay let a ton of people get scammed. I made a massive email and linked up to 2nd person who was sent a junk car but shown nice items. ic3 did nothing, I made and proved a whole court case with address of work of the scammers and all. They did not even send an automated email. Imagine the ic3 today is backed up heavy with blockchain scammers. Its pointless, truly.

Glad you (somewhat) heard Lucas out in the end, wasn't sure how him saying he emailed them his paypal and them not using the same email on paypal as they messaged him with would make him a liar. Apparently that's not even what happened since he didn't get paid on paypal, but just going off the info given, I feel like that was a pretty big jump.
