They made lots of sacrifices for the people but still the government was quiet . They also had to survive using their own money since acaut never received funds from the government. And above all Joel Naga never stole funds from Acaut because Acaut never received funds and knowing Joel Naga he wouldn’t steal money even if Acaut received funds
