Sweden has really talented artists.
She wrote Gunshot straight after a meditation. It represents the moment in a relationship where you’ve fucked up and some things you can never take back. A lot of people can relate to that moment where it’s just gone forever.
Still love this so much, damn I forgot about it but hearing it again all these years later it's just as amazing

Her voice is so hypnotic and gives me such a strong feeling of nostalgia that it reduces me to tears at the start. She deserves so much more recognition.

This is so powerful, I've always been a loyal follower of Lykke Li but when I listened to this it just confirmed what I thought was true, she's a real artist.
I really like this video, from the way i see it I think it is about all the imperfections and insensitivities of society, and how cruel we can be as humans. Pretty unique way to show it too.

She is very talented, this video is really different, what Sia is doing on her videos Lykky Li has been doing for awhile, it is a type of art.. Very talented artist!
Maybe this is a depiction of what it's like to move through the world heartbroken? The parking lot and the wall-less rooms represent the emptiness of her life, although nobody else seems to notice that anything is out of the ordinary. She just stumbles through, suffering and unable to receive help from anyone or interact with the world in a normal way anymore. The tremors/gunshot-dancing represent her constantly reliving her guilt and her heartbreak.

I was brushing my hair and this song came to my mind. I used to listen to Lykke Li's "I Never Learn" album a lot, when I felt really heartbroken. She really can express melancholy.
Interesting video. Seems like a protest against all forms of violence, abuse and objectification.
i love lykke's videos. they have no direct narrative so they're open to interpretation. truly art. the way i see the video is as a commentary of misogyny. an unconvetional woman is pushed aside from society. it also takes on the violence women face, the car, the "gunshot" from the kid, the man shoving the woman. if you look closely at
