ePetition Debate - Manly Ferries

On Thursday 25 March 2021, the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales debated an ePetition presented to the Parliament by Chris Minns, Member for Kogarah, on Manly Ferries.
The petition called on the Legislative Assembly to cancel the decision to replace the heritage-style Freshwater Manly Ferries, proceed with the scheduled maintenance program for these ferries and develop a Fleet Replacement Plan which includes double-ended 1000+ passenger ferries on the F1 Manly route.
If an ePetition gains 20,000 signatures, it is debated in the Chamber. Debates features members who speak to the petition including the relevant Minister.
