This is Popovichs fault. Kawhi told them he was hurt but the Spurs pressured Kawhi to play now his knees continue to give him problems. Had Popovich let him rest when he was injured he wouldn't be going through this.
If I was Kawhi I would consider a lawsuit against the Spurs.

Considering that he did not finish the season due to injury, it was not logical to include him in the lineup. Same thing with Embiid.
Embiid just needs to get in shape. This might actually help him stay healthy through the entire season.

I get that Embiid is injury prone. But this past season wasn’t his fault. What took him out was someone landing on his knee. When a 6 foot something 200+ lb near pure muscle athlete lands on your knee/leg HARD, i wouldn’t expect the victim to return until the end of the year as Embiid did. I hope Embiid not only makes it but plays like the monster he should be to win GOLD.
