Lee is one of the ifbb pros that you just can sit back and watch the way he trains.. well controlled movement.. no bouncing and swingging.. full ROM .. no shouting screaming though he is Hardcore himself in the gym.. dude just awesome to watch training 💪

Lee Priest and Franco are the two I looked at the most for motivation.
90’s and early 2000’s were the best years. Everyone had different physiques. The mentality was stick to the basics and train hard. Nowadays it seems like more of a drug sport and everyone is bloated and soft. There is no new form of training or drug protocol that will replace dedication and hard fucking work.
