It's awesome to see you on here and I'm looking forward to your future stuff. As for this deck, I'm a huge fan of unchained lab so my suggestions are a bit more focused on that. I think doing an advanced guide to the deck would be interesting. Maybe discuss side deck choices more, what to banish with prospi when you know or don't know the opponent's deck. Also with the next format looking to be dominated by fire kings and snake eyes, discussing how you would approach those decks would be interesting (assuming unchained lab is still something you would play in the upcoming format)

I’m interested in learning more about “transaction rollback”. I’ve heard of OTKs and ZTKs with it. I’d also like your opinion on why certain deck strategies are favorable for a format/event.
Store event highlights would be cool too.
I love the video. You do a fantastic job of explaining the cards and explaining why and how you want to use them.
You mentioned in the video how good the decks resource loop is if you play it correctly. I’d love to see a video on how to play Lab correctly. Something as simple as you playing live on a sim while thinking out loud.
Also, for deck profiles make sure you turn the auto focus on your camera off. It will make sure your camera doesn’t bounce in and out of focus as your moving cards.

What was your tournament schedule like? How many Fire King's or fire decks I'm general? I've had a hard time finding footing with Labrynth with so much QE destruction or interruption around right now.
Finally someone has the same opinion on butler. I was playing and almost never adding it with Arianna. Like why would I play 3 of a card I never wanted
I'm debating between 1 and 2, Joshua made a good point in her being the second material to any summon for Yama, and setting any trap and skipping the wait is good, but drawing multiples kind of sucks, and she has more or less the same role as Cooclock in 2-3 card combos

Yo chris, watched many profiles my dude but yours was the one to convince me, I got the rest of the deck coming, I dont want to net deck but your explanation are so on point, Ill prob just change the hand trap line up maybe but that nib tip is really good, I was just wondering if I wanted to kepp this list and idea but I do want to add atleast 1 the black goat laughs, I have a feeling that card is just underrated and feel this deck can unlock the true potential of the card, and recommendations on what you could take out for it or if YOU would even consider it in deck, wish you the best on the your channel journey man and thanks for the video!✊🏻

Great video, agree with most of your insights into the current build of the deck.
I personally dont hate keeping Escape in going second, even when it is a hard brick. Most often when you are playing through an stablished board and are forced to access the Unchained side of the deck to clear stuff you end up very depleted of resources and that "free" extra interruption from scape is what allows you to recover next turn.
Arias also agree she doesnt feel as good anymore with Rollback, have cut her down to 1 as an alternative to cooclock for certain setups.
Ariane is very cute now with Rollback and can create some insane turn 1 combos with the unchaineds but I dont think I'll be taking her to any serious tournament jajaja. Maybe next format for easier access to dweller/Bagooska... or statue of the Abyss 😈

16:04 I played 3 belle 1 ddg in the side instead of the phantazmays to be stronger into the mirror and fk matchups but the ddg never came up

You’ll get 3 interactions and 2 add backs which you can use to recycle sharvara and Arianna or Lady

Thoughts on The Black Goat Laughs? I noticed you do not side or main deck any utility traps in general. Is that just because the unchained engine makes the deck a bit too tight or do you just like the added consistency with extra Pots? Curious on your thoughts.

So do you think it's better to do ash on arianna or le Pot than on welcome or big welcome? But does this apply to all versions of Lab or only those that play unchained?
I think it might be interesting to make a video that goes into even more detail, more so it might be helpful for people like me to understand how to play against it, it's one of the most difficult matches

As a labrynth user too,my builds include a copy of ariane,which then summons more fiends (and then proceed to do what's needed at the moment,whether it's loris to shuffle my traps for longer grind game or a tuner to synchro), at peak,my build got me to plat 2 in md back in august, and it was something like

Very happy that your first video was Lab as I've started playing it recently. Interested to know how many 'The Black Goat Laughs' you think the deck will play and what you might take out for it.
Not a fan of that card right now it’s an amazing discard but brick going 2nd kinda like the shufflers.
Will you be staying with lab post PHNI? Would love to hear your thoughts on how to play against all the fire decks. I struggle alot against fire kings specifically but I also haven't tried the unchained variant of lab.

Heya, I suggest, you look into the video at around 13:00 again. You play around so much with your hands and cards, that it gets distracting. Or at least for me. Maybe in the future, you look out for these kind of stuff 🙂

What makes you consider Welcome Lab a brick but not Big Welcome? They have similar enough effects and execution that I don't see much difference in the two.
Welcome by itself isn’t an interuptions big welcome with any other monster even ash is atleast a pop, or adds back follow up if your play gets stoppped having bigwelcome is like an extender for your opponents turn to get your 1 interuption / follow up.
Whats your thoughts on the deck post PHNI ? still solid or worse with fire kings everywhere ?
I have 2 questions : how often do you end on the unchained combo because i feel that without butler its way harder to put 2 find on board and it being worth it, especially when this format the T0 play is harder to make it résolve
Second is how do you handle thé fire king matchup because engine to engine lab got a hard time in the matchup especially without terror of overroot, i can get unchained help, but it still seems too rough to me with your list (even with shufflers in side)
How would you change this list now post PHNI with snake eye running around? It feels like more handtraps are needed

Nocie deck list but i have a question, why do you not play arias? I do find her to be very useful especialy activating traps turn 0 and even just unbricking lovley in hand. Nice list and congrats man!
My 1 question is did you ever miss not having access to a 1 of power trap like daruma also noticed there were no options in the side like ddg, dbarrier, errad etc.

I have a question what do you think about playing one Arias just for the situation when you start with Arianna + Trap and nothing else. Adding clock her seems very vulnerable to handtraps but arias could atleast lead to Yama combo afterwards. Thank you in advance.
Edit: when you assume my opp isnt smart enouph to ash Arianna and waits for the Trap.
You had clock then welcome out a furniture use that furniture , get back the clock then do unchained played

Did you ever feel like you needed any spell or trap removal in the side like cosmic? And going second, were pots usually sided out for extra handtraps on top of the welcome and escape?
I never needed any spell and trap removal honestly the lab engine does a great job at clearing all the spell and traps, at times vs super combo heavy decks like mannadium you do have to side out pots for bystials and veilers / fantasmay because you want to draw anything you can, the pots are a bit worse because they end on hard negates as well as banishing ty phon can suck.

If you open extrav AND prosp, would you always extrav first, just in case it gets ashed, so you can resolve prosp after? Also: What about Rumpel Teufel, do you not like the card? or is it just too bad?
Honestly fantastic video and I learned a lot.
However my one gripe would be that you just covered a deck thats for a past/nonreal format. Wouldve loved to hear some extra insights into your thoughts on lab post PHNI considering it changes the meta, and lab gets a new card. Feels like a missed opportunity.

Great vid! Why no Butler or Ariane? Butler + Shavara (or Bystial) is Beatrice or Caesar. Opening Ariane and getting Arianna is a great open for Unchained package, which I love. Definitely hard to do (extra deck decisions) when playing Extravagance, but damn also including Prosperity?! What you digging so deep for man, don't even have the one of traps :P
Butler is a brick it dosent actually advance your gamestate it’s fake follow up and not engine, arianne is very easily dealt with if they impermance on the summon of the card , not on the effect so if you discard big welcome you can’t chain it, the lord are to dig for combo pieces not trap cards I play the deck like a combo deck not a trap deck I think all the trap cards are bricks.
I like giving the deck the floo/kash treatment with 6 pots, it makes it so you always play which is great. Do you ever miss having other normal traps though? Any you thought about playing? Also how would you fit droll in the side/main? Any reason for not playing it? Thank you so much, Lab best deck!
I play the deck more like a combo deck your normal trap is escape that you search in your combo , regular trap cards are bricks to me and don’t really advance your gamestate and suck to draw while going 2nd, droll and lock bird I’m not a super fan of because if you droll your opponent 1 turni have a problem of setting up enough advantage / killing them that it almost feels like you went neg 1 with droll and the following then your opponent gets to search all the cards they want too anyway.

Current fire kings is a free match up in 2 weeks it’s a whole different situation maybe I’ll make an updated list to combat all the fire decks if more people wish to see that.
Does The Black Goat Laughs fit into Lab moving forward or naw ?
It’s hard to fit in that card , it’s really amazing with furniture going second but there is alot of cards that also are amazing going 2nd with furniture , blackjack , tackle crusader , shufflers , I could see it being a side card for speicifc match ups but as of right now I’m not a fan of that card.
What are you doing to recycle lovely or lady if they get banished? Bystial, crow, s:p etc.
Games aren’t that long usualy and if they so lovely that means you got another turn with engine usualy ,!when lovely and lady get banished you prioritize getting access to the field spell , or making chaos Angel with 2 arianna and stove if you need to bounce summon specifically or use the unchained cards to finish the game.

If you open Cooclock Combo with Arianna or Stovie , do you go for the Unchained Combo aswell? It ends on more interrupts but plays into Nib g1. What’s your opinion on that?
i do yes you can play around nibiru by holding sharvara till the endphase and discarding it with other furniture depends on your hand.

I like the theory of unchained in labrynth but it walks face first into nibiru and most times arias is mandatory in the deck to extend into the unchained side, it becomes clunky, more bricky, and can leave you with an empty board passing
You can play around nibiru very easily in this deck if you draw storbie chand, you can make soul of rage keeping sharavara in hand till the end phase then discarding sharvara and furniture to get the last trap, if they nib you in the main phase you chain sharvara bring back rage make anguish take nibiru and make rage again ending on the same board again and making your opponents nib do nothing.
How do you see this deck in the upcoming format? Specifically vs all the top fire decks (Fire king, R-ACE, snake-eyes)? Good content!
I believe with the right techs in the main deck and side deck you can easily make the labrynth deck work to compete with those decks , labrynth is also like striker where you can change the deck according to the format it’s all about making the correct meta call.
What are your thoughts on the r-ace fire attacker package instead of phantazmay in the side deck?
Am curious too, I feel like it's more generic but phantazmay seems better overall
I know I tested with it for like 2 weeks and hated it. Fire attacker is another brick and if they ash phantazmay at least you can use it for furniture or keep it in hand for later.
Might be a bit better new format but the card requires a brick and i bit harder into certain match ups to actually resolve. Fantasmay 2nd effect also comes up and matters a bit.

Extrav first always plays around ash and discarding the extra pot afterwords.

No virus? This is interesting. Kinda different of course here in OCGLand because we have Daruma and Rumpel Teufel so some people play 3 Arias for it. But no virus in side deck is interesting. I always thought it as necessity.
Do you think this list is good post phni? If not what would you change? Still learning the lab deck and honestly never tried this unchained version
It’s really good vs pure snake eyes still the fire king match up is tough but this deck is still great into every other match up I’d say tweak the deck for fire king a bit and it’s still super strong.
@CristianUrenaYGO I have yet to face up against Fire King, but I also don't play too often so I'm betting that will change soon lol

Lady eff to set a trap card doesn’t happen often enough for me to Warner playing one of those traps as they don’t advance your gamestate.

No I haven’t I only play 1 lady so it does not come up and setting rollback to pop with sharavara is already broken enough or setting imperm on top of you other interupts is also enough without adding more bricks. (Traps)
