Funny how Rory is always making excuses for Grealish but is happy to slag off Bruno every chance he gets. Bruno is one of a handful of players that actually play for the badge, so his frustrations are more than understandable given the body language of people like Rashford.
What a weird topic. Not sure why it has to be repeated over and over again every week. The vast majority of United fans love him from what I can tell and surely that’s what matters, not whether Chelsea fans like him.

If Bruno Fernandes raised an eyebrow on a football pitch, there would be outrage. He’s a good captain, all the players clearly respect him more than anyone else, and he gives 100% every single minute he plays, which is a lot of minutes.

Rory, and the media at large, can continue targeting Bruno all they want. He is not the real problem. The real problem is United cannot progress their style of play if they cannot offload players quick enough who refuse to leave the club and prevent the style of play from progressing. A perfect example is Scott McTominay. His late runs into the box scoring a few goals this season cover up the fact he is a huge reason why United can never dictate and control midfield battles. McTominay is in the 6th percent (as in bad) for passes attempted per 90 minutes, 10th percent for progressive passes, 20th percent for interceptions, and 42nd percent for pass completion. United will categorically never dictate and control matches with a center midfielder with those types of numbers. When McTominay doesn’t score making late runs into the box, he has no impact on the game and is completely useless. Ten Hag wanted him gone last summer because he categorically hinders how Ten Hag actually wants to play. The reality is the drop off from the lineup of Onana, Shaw, Martínez, Varane, Dalot, Casemiro, Mainoo, Bruno, Garnacho, Rashford, and Hojlund to the likes of Wan Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Evans, McTominay, Eriksen, etc is massive.

One point that gets completely overlooked and ignored is the individual and cultural way people express themselves. I am married into a Portuguese family, and I can tell you that they are all very passionate and expressive people. What looks like moaning, throwing toys out of the pram, sulking to me and you, is just a way that many Portuguese people express their emotions. Trust me, it has taken many years to understand, not take personally and not react to my wife when she's going off about something 😂 Also, we've seen this before with Portuguese players (by the way, they are not the only nation that are so passionate and expressive), ie Ronaldo! But his captaincy credentials don't get questioned! The real issue here is that people like Rory like to find anything they can to belittle and mock Manchester United.
Anyway, that's my two cents. Everyone's allowed their opinions.
