I will be traveling to Cambridge. So I was looking for some good options to go to my university. Coach/Bus travel is definitely a good option but I think cab is a better option coz we as students have a lot of luggage and in a bus there is a luggage limit. Also I feel the bus will halt at the bus stop which might be far from the accomodation for some people. So it will be difficult to carry all the luggage to the accommodation.
We are total 3 members...I have 3 big bags, 3 small bags and 3 cabin bags with me. So I have to book a cab that can fit all three of us and bags. Could you please suggest cab service and how to book?

Bus would cost approx 5-6gbp but need to change bus at 3-4 places(can start getting buses from terminal 4 ke exit only) takes upto 2hr+, metro would cost 8-12 GBP but need to change once,takes upto 1.5hr, cab cost around 50-70gbp and fastest,1hr. Make sure you have forex card or wifi enabled card for payment. If you are comfortable with the movement of bags from here and there then metro(here called tube) , bus is fine else cab is fast and best). Hopefully your landing in day time.

I am guessing you are asking about bus ticket...if yes then you can book it on the spot as well. Once done with immigration just go to bus stop and buy a ticket. It maybe few pound(2-5) costly but it will worth as immigration sometimes gets over in 10min and sometime even 2-3 hours as well

Forex card they will accept if it has money in pound, while entering card details in uber app make sure to give postcode for billing info or something is UK one, you can give your accomdation or office post code(pin) then it will work.

Not necessary but advisable as it costs less if you book in advance, after reaching uk airport you can open the trainline app and book bus/train. Immigration takes time that too depends on what time you arrive and which terminal. Immigration at terminal 4 takes 2-3hr time if landed around 2-5pm(I experienced twice) and it took 10min at terminal 2 when I arrived at 9pm
do people face luggage issues while travelling through National Express? like how much they can carry?
One large trolley and one cabin, if want extra book it in advance for 8 pound each large trolley

Yes...Central bus station heathrow is next to terminal 2&3, follow signs when coming out of arrival. If landing at terminal 4 then come to terminal 2&3 by free tube by asking staff near baggage collection terminal 4 then take bus from central bus station

It depends...For me once it took 10min and another time 2hr+ . It depends on your arrival time and Staff shortage at airports. I guess Usually afternoon till evening arrival takes more immigration time as many people are queued for immigration. Night after 9pm it should be less.

If have to go in London only from Heathrow then can book uber XL...for payment make sure to have international credit card or forex card added.

Look into National express bus in UK....from london Heathrow to Basingstoke will cost 12-13gbp. Bus 3hrs with 1 stop.
How to reach Bristol from London airport, especially with all the luggage?
Best option hassle free..cab..!! Make sure to have a card with pound transaction, enter it in uber after reaching london. It costs 150-200. If coming with family and have more luggage. If coming alone and have 1-2 bags then can try bus as well it cost 15-30 pound which you get outside terminal just follow sign for bus when leaving airport

Terminal 4 se bahar nikalne pe bus milta hai...use Google map and search kaha Jana hai from current location then see bus option..usme bus number bhi diya hoga and bus stop number Jo terminal 4 ke exit pe dikhega. Search in Google map...your current location to Heathrow central bus stop(this is used for terminal2&3) and you will get bus number and go. Also there is tube option from terminal 4 to terminal 2&3 which is free as well check at terminal 4
Bus number 555 will take you from terminal 4 to Heathrow central bus stop

Hi, may I know what is the best way to go to Bristol University from Heathrow airport for first time. I have extra luggage.
Any cab will cost you atleast 170-180+ GBP from airport to Bristol but for first time it's more convenient hoping you are alone and have 2 large , 1 cabin and 1 handbag. If go by bus 25-30gbp from airport to Bristol and 5-15gbp from bus stop to university but need change luggage multiple times. If price does not matter then cab else bus. Bus allow 1 large bag and 1 cabin bag and additional large bag they charge 8gbp extra.
For cab cab try Uber or bolt. Make sure to have a card with GBP for payment in uber or bolt.

They accept card payment but card should have pound transaction, if you have forex card you can load same in uber , enter post code as uk address anything like college post code or accommodation. Or already pre book some other local private taxi, just google it maybe they will take cash but not sure.
Brother wat is the best way to travel from Heathrow to Sunderland
Bus will be cheapest costing around £16-25 but takes 8-10hrs from he as Heathrow to Sunderland with one stop at Victoria London
Train will be good but cost £70-150 and takes 4.5-6 hrs with 2-4 changes.
Taxi will be very costly but good if have many luggage and coming with family i.e. 3-4 people

Not sure about bus from city airport, if have less luggage and have to travel far city then come via cab to verify Victoria coach station London and from there go anywhere in UK. City airport to Victoria is just 10mile
