      Hi Daniel, you recently suggested Covid vaccines were safe and with around a thousand vaccine deaths in the UK alone, could you say in a few words what safe means to you especially with unnecessary warp speed, experimental pseudo vaccines?

    • @sathorburn
      @sathorburn Před 3 lety

      Very comprehensive, and thought provoking.
      I really appreciate these videos Daniel as it just refreshes parts of the ‘ol mind that isn’t used on a daily basis. Keep them coming!

      @@DanielBarnettLaw I do appreciate your videos, I find them interesting and useful however these experimental vaccines are unnecessary and unsafe, I thereby appeal to you to monitor the situation, MHRA reports adverse affects at around 1 in 200, imagine jabbing the entire nation 1-3 times a year every year for a disease with a recovery rate of around 99.7%, its a catastrophe already unfolding.
      I will leave it there and I wish you a good day.

    • @daverok1113
      @daverok1113 Před 3 lety

      @pete reed The thing is Pete, when people are telling you experimental substances are safe though they are still in trial then that is quite concerning its very misleading, when it is put across as many do that there's something wrong with you morally or intellectually if you don't have an unnecessary jab.
      That said Daniel had good words to say about so called vaccine passports it is indeed outrageous.
      It will be interesting to see if he does anything to oppose them now they are becoming an impending reality.
      It is of course a scam, respiratory infections are easily treated if treated early, it is not necessary to jab people 1-3 times a year every year there are existing treatments for pneumonias rather than emergency use unlicensed experimental pseudo vaccines.

    I feel redundancy is another word for a mass cull of staff they don’t like or need

  • @pizzaboy3946
    @pizzaboy3946 Před 3 lety +4

    Excellent summary, as usual. Of course, many employers will already know the staff they want to select for redundancy (especially with smaller numbers) and will just select the criteria and scoring method to match the data. I'm sure the employment judges know this.

    As i have always said, Redundancy is just a process that the employee has no control over. You are being got rid of..... in some cases i have accepted as fair. In others it was got rid of like a spot on the carpet and this was just a process to make sure I could not take them to a tribunal.

      Nothing is wrong with you. You have a thirst for wide ranging knowledge and a healthy curiosity for how the world works.

    • @carolineowen7846

      There is nothing wrong with being both interested in wider things, and learning from subject matter experts - like Daniel.
      It is always good to know about redundancies, the selection and the process. Especially at this present time, many companies will be reviewing their work models going forward, due to the pandemic, and with furlough end date, looming on the horizon - the larger the company the longer the consultantancy / notice period for reduncancies. It is ALL worth knowing so you can ensure you are in the best possible position to stay employed in the event of a redundancy round, even if you haven't been there very long.
