- After losing 60 pounds, my goal has been to build muscle and make protein my number 1 priority. Today I'm sharing what a typical day of eating looks like to maintain the muscle I've built! Yes to a part 2 video! I’ve been (somewhat randomly) targeting 100g protein a day.. 140 would be so difficult! I have to work for that 100 (like you I eat a lot of tuna and cottage cheese!)

The hardest part for me is -when I am cooking that sheet pan for dinner of protein and veggies- my young daughters ask for mac & cheese, which I make for them and then end up taking bites! Lol 🤪

I’m so proud of you! It’s really hard to maintain a healthy weight in today’s American society. Only thing I worry about here is you getting too much mercury from all the tuna
A little snack I use lately is cucumbers, cottage cheese, then sprinkle some ranch seasoning on top. I struggle so much getting protein! Doesn't everyone! Why is it so hard :)

FYI there’s a brand called safe catch that tests each batch to make sure it’s low mercury. They sell it at Costco too!

I actually ate similar foods, just scaled my calories/grams of protein, carbs, and fat down ☺️ During my weight loss time, I was at about 1600 calories, as compared to 2000 calories now 💪🏼

How do you balance this at Disney?
I keep my meals very protein focused. I don’t track macros when I’m out of town, but I’m very mindful of what I’m eating and how many treats/drinks I allow myself ☺️
