In this video you can see a locomotive called Škoda 47E from CD Cargo operator going ECS through Békéscsaba station in Hungary with a short stop and some tone.
The game is called Hungarian State Railways. It will be a free-to-drive game soon, but now it is not. Only people who have passed an application and who were trained to drive can do that. You can apply for any operator when the applications are opened, they are being posted on their official Discord server - *Does not exist anymore*q
