This a mission I created using the FMB tool in IL-2 1946. It's a recreation of a historical event that took place in the Solomon Islands on September 16th, 1943. You fly an F4U Corsair in the number 2 position, as Lieutenant Donald Fisher, and you are Major Greg "Pappy" Boyington's wingman. So your job is to stick with Pappy and keep his 6 clear of bandits. The mission can be downloaded and flown by going to the "Mission4Today" website. It's title on that website is simply, "Black Sheep Squadron".
