the funny part is that a craftable altar is used in the recipe for the crucible of the cosmos.
@@Skellytronn Fun fact: Crafting it is not mandatory, Eridanus, Champion of the cosmos drops it upon defeat, given the player can defeat them at this level of progression.

The jump of difficulty from emode to maso sure was high. You were barely having any trouble with emode mutant and with maso mutant, 300+ attempts was crazy

Something I love about this mod is how each boss has so much attention to detail: the deviant is all about mini boss attacks, abomination is all about events, and mutant is all about bosses. Something I just noticed is all the attacks of the champions are modified versions of the enchantments that they drop which I think is super cool.

If you wanted a harder challenge you should try death mode (calamity) with eternity or masochist, was a fun experience, only issue is golem isn’t killable with both enabled due to the fact that in calamity death you have to kill arms first and in Fargo’s you have to kill the head first… other than that it was a really good challenge

You can actually skip golem by going into the abyss and killing an eidolist which drops the eidolon tablet that summons lunatic cultist
Gollem is finnaly a challange lop
there is a new mod called eternity calamity or so and it fixes that issue and adds calamity souls.it’s very fun i currently do a infernum eternity mode playthrough
it's always killable, you just have to get out of your way to find a loadout that allows you to burst golem's hands at the insane speed that outheal the healing.
and yes it involves adrenaline

I've never played terraria mods before, but i gotta say i love the amount of headstarts it gives you, it makes you focus on bosses more than grinding, and i love how customizable it is, and how you can summon a boss infinitely, have infinite potions, and more, is just so cool
personally, i don't like when people overuse QoL mods. Like, i get it, grind bad, but for me it feels like a speedrun: no nice houses, crappy arenas, easy access to everything, "I DEFEATED BOSS THEN RUSHED TO BOSS RINSE AND REPEAT GRAAH" is not for me.
I love as soon as he beats hardmode Abomination, his mates immediately go from giving him a hard time to "LETS GOOOOO!!!!"

I forgot to comment this because it was just that cool it slipped my mind, I really like the flashback and editing around the mutant boss. it made it seem like a series finale for some anime or series that had been going forever and finally getting a happy ending, even though I saw everything in the flashback like like barely half an hour ago lol. your awesome! thanks for posting these.

i beat masochist mode myself last year or so and it was a *challenge*
i loved it the entire way through--- okay most of the way through my least favorite part of any terraria experience is grinding for items --- and even with how challenging it was (mutant took me days to complete! pretty sure 1/2 of my playtime was on mutant) i think it was singlehandedly the most freeing and satisfying experience to say i was finished
i had a blast playing through even with how absolutely bonkers it was for the most part but i think the mutant was genuinely my favorite boss i've ever fought
though tbf i haven't played some of the more recent mods, but i love how it genuinely just feels like. *climactic*. his moves feel more like each one is a weapon he's using which is incredible theming and it makes it feel like a proper duel rather than just another boss fight
my own playthrough was a while ago so it's a bit of a blur but despite the meat of it being 'i dunno', i still remember the mutant fight vividly lmao
every single swerve of 'but wait there's more!' that got thrown at me, plus the fact that he retaliates when you use abilities

I beat maso mode b4 any major youtubers like Bijou or Skeletron and I've seen the stat changes of enchantments in real time

So since it was changed I'll share how I beat golem, the tiki enchantment used to give infinite temporary summons that popped after maybe 30 seconds, but that despawn didnt affect the raven staff, I zerged golem with a thousand ravens
Your editing is so good that the pc where I work couldn't handle 1080p quality and I had to lower it to 720p. Good job mister Skeletron.

You're pretty wrong for someone who's pretty sure. None of these enchantments exist in vanilla Terraria. And he obviously meant these enchantments and not the normal ones.

This was such an entertaining video! You really showed the insanity of these bosses well! I've done Eternity twice now and progressed quite far through Infernum. This video has given me the confidence to try Masochist. Do you have any tips you didn't mention in the video. How hard would you say this is compared to Infernum (mainly Post-ML Infernum). Also where did you find the list of weapon kill times?
My only tip is to not do masochist mode if you wanna keep your mental health

Yeah, Souls mod it's only fun on normal Eternity Difficulty, in Masochist it just looks like actual pain.

I love how stardust things are always just Jojo references, the armour is summoner armour, like how you summon a stand, the armour set bonus also just gives you star platinum, and now the stardust enchantment which lets you stop time

Had Mutant held out just a second longer, that last run would've been utterly heartbreaking. That's probably the closest finish I think I've ever seen to a battle that didn't end in mutual destruction.
