This was my first T5 BB! She is a beast and I learned so much in this ship. When played in the arena 1v1v1v1, nothing can fricking stop you haha
I'm grinding the Iron Duke right now (appreciated that video!) and looking forward to getting the QE. Just hoping to employ the strengths you demonstrated so it behaves the same for me!
I’ll throw a bit of help there cause I’m working with the iron Duke as well. Maintain distance try to stay as far away from other ships as you can until you see an opportunity to get in close. Generally I try to avoid brawling until I have to, it’s not that I don’t like doing it it’s just that I prefer to avoid it until I can see a tactical advantage. I prefer open water to maneuver in just in case a BB driver decides it’s time to go kamikaze. I’ve got the space to dodge the ram and pummel them in return
@@matthewcaughey8898 staying as far away from ships would mean that your cruisers would get focused and not YOU which is bad because bbs are supposed to take the damage for cruisers because with out cruisers dds will torp you.As a battleship you should lead the push

@@wastelander89 that too but ole Spartan helped me to find my strategy for running a BB. Though I admit I’m a far better destroyer player as I live for the torp salvo in your face moments. Anyways I developed my own methods depending on the ship but admittedly I’m primarily a German and French BB driver ( in the Richelieu i have more kraken unleasheds then I care to mention same for Tirpitz)
With regards to the tracers. Right after the DD gets detected, he fires again and you can see how long it takes for the tracers to be visible. In real-world terms, looks like it takes a few meters/yards for them to be visible.

When I told my friends that the Queen Elizabeth was OP they laughed at me. One day I found one of them in a random match in the enemy team. You may imagine it didn't end well (for my friend). English battleships are my favorite ones. Each has unique features and they are not limited at all to just HE. These are some of the most adaptable and capable ships in the game in the right hands, allow almost unpararelled flexibility. Keet it up with the good job!
I got a triple fire in one salvo with QE. And a quad fire against a west Virginia.
The QE and Warspite are my two favorite British ships so far. The big guns and fun Wiggling is amazing.

Warspite is just a bit more consistent
I find QE to be far superior than warspite because of the turret angles, makes the armor much more effective and kiting is much easier even going towards the enemy

I have the warspite it's actually fun and makes more per match because it's a premium ship and for me it's just more sexy with the camouflage
@@mooode841 I had it too. Warspite B in fact. Sold it cause standard warspite was leagues better. Much better angles for the guns, guns sound much cooler, and felt faster and more agile as well. Also felt easier to hit things in qe. I actually set my personal damage record in qe and ended up with a 177k damage game and faced off against 5 enemy ships with 2 others at one point and took very little damage because of those turret angles and being able to kite backwards quick enough to control the engagement. Really wish the vanguard kept the qe’s firing sounds instead of warspite’s. I’d enjoy that ship a lot more. Definitely could use a buff, I think the biggest thing that would help it honestly would be giving it qes turret angles because I actually really enjoy playing it with madden with Cunningham and jellicoe as inspirations. I don’t even have madden or jellicoe maxed out yet, and the heals probably give you about a little between a quarter and a third of your health. Madden is only legendary 1 too, so upgrading him more to improve will to rebuilds passive effect and master mechanic as well would eventually turn those into super heals that would probably return a little over half of the ships Health. Just way too easy to get devstruck if you ever need to turn around and get caught too soon in process. Those better turret angles would help with that a lot, so that way it’s a lot less necessary to turn around cause you’re too close to efficiently angle and get the rear guns involved since it probably has the worst armor at t7. Angling Effectively is difficult because of the turret angles, and the front guns aren’t enough alone being short fused ap and only have 4 of them.

Love this ship, most reliable British battleship In my opinion
The British line i got first because the cruisers have smoke 😁 kept me alive longer..as a consequence ,lizzy is my favorite ship at v bar none. KGV has yet to impress me. I want to see the vanguard.
The Queen Elizabeth class was probably the greatest class of BB before the Bismarck and North Carolina classes in 1941.
The Queen is a beast. Mostly agree that she is OP in T5.

I've had soo much success with the QE, even more so than some of the other higher tier ships. It takes damage good to, i've taken 5-7 torpedoes at once and managed to survive, the guns if you aim right deliver some perfect shots. I'm a brit so i might be biased in saying the QE is one of the most well balanced ships in the game
QE is the only Line BB with three green perks
Uh spartan, when it said aircraft handling equipment it meant it can launch catapult

Speaking of tier V bbs, what is with Fusos staying broadside on even when they get punished for it?
Fusos tend to stay broadside in order to get all the guns to bear. It's that awkward central turret that people just can't seem to resist exposing themselves to bring it to bear. And once they're that exposed they feel they may as well shoot the rear ones too. When you've got 10 guns, only firing the front 4 feels weak.
I'm new to this game and don't know what country to pick my play style would be aggressive anyone help and know which country would suit
19:50 yesterday i was in a fubuki my team was losing at first but i managed to kill 4 battleships and got like 128k damage. The enemy had left one aircraft carrier(it was attacking our aircraft carrier) and my team had me, 2 bbs and 1 aircraft carrier. We were winning by like 20 points. I rushed to capture the bravo cap and at the last second the enemy aircraftcarrier killed our aircraft carrier and we lost the match!!!!! I was sooooo frustrated.
So when you lead your team to victory and then get defeated like that you CAN'T SAY IT'S JUST A GAME!!!
I’m so inconsistent. I’ll have games at 80,000ish damage and the next game I get sent to port in less than 1 minute

I noticed you aimed slightly above the waterline on that New Mixico. Was that intentional? Wouldn't it be better to aim at the waterline at that distance?
Sometimes I aim a bit higher just trying to get more shells on target.
QE has short fuse AP so not likely to citadel anyway why so why chance hitting the water with shells

Did you know H.M.S. Queen Elizabeth 's turret is outside the Imperial War Museum in London?
The guns are from HMS Ramillies and HMS Resolution, both revenge-class battleships.

Hey Spartan i dont mean to be that guy but i fact checked that statement of the most decorated battleship in the world and every article listed the USS New Jersey as the most decorated battleship
USS New Jersey was the most decorated US BB but HMS Warspite had more battle awards.
New Jersey had 19 which it got over the entire lifespan of the ship.
Warspite got 25 honors. 1 from WW1 and 14 from WW2.
For a total of 15 battle honors plus the 10 inherited honors.

Does the Warspite perform the same or are there differences
Warspite's just a smidge better. With her guns, It's a difference only a statistician could love - the kind of thing that you don't notice at the time but it adds up over the course of a game - but she's a lot handier in the turns.
There are slight differences the main one being Warspite gets improved Penetration meaning it scores more Citadels on BBs.
However personally I seem to do better in QE over Warspite though a lot of folks like to say I am just weird.
The fuso has 100mm bow so take advantage of that no one can pen you not even the elizabeth
They can pen the upper part of the nose but can't cit through the nose no offense but people need to learn how ice breakers work
Is the Arizona better than the New Mexico? Ik the guns are a bit different but that’s all

It's abit of an opinion thing but American or Russian line for battleships
@NO_Fear_150 I would go for American bbs, but they are slow up until Iowa, and I'm not a fan of the Russian Citadel and limited damage control. But, I will give them a try.
@@Dublinplanespotter23 Russians are fun at t6 and t7 but yeah being slow can suck and as long as you angle as the Russian you should be alright

I gotta call BS on that ram. Cause you had more hit points therefore you should have survived by popping a damage control. When I encounter an individual like that that’s when I love my Tirpitz or Scharnhorst. I can wait till they get in stupid close. Hit my insane secondary guns then spit torps at close range. It’s amazing how many idiots forget German BBs have murderous secondaries and sea sausages

i was grinding colorado today in my mexico and i get into a match with a guy with a california and we were on estuary i was doing good on my flank while he cruises in the back like a carrier, got a cap and started going for a dd we go win on points three caps to one, as we we won he says “california is the best tier 5 battleship i did everything i possibly could and you guys didn’t do anything” he triggers my friend in my divisions which he was dd which did very well and came short of a kraken and they got in a party and just dropping bombs over and over but why sit in the back all day when you can push up? all i saw was him sailing around like a carrier he didn’t do not one thing but defend the cap once..
in my opinion, ramming a full health battleship as a full health battleship is the most cowardly move you could make, stand and fight

I literally cannot figure out how all his battleships are so slow I run gyrating drillbits and the skill only slow my ships by .5 knots not 5 🤔
