As a parent I feel bad for his parents. This person hates himself and his parents to the point he wants to be a copy of someone else, erasing who he is. It's both sad and scary. I think it’s a troll. I don’t think Oli is as delusional as Oli wants us to believe. It’s more sinister, calculated and about attention. A way to get attention and maybe make some money from upsetting people. Just like many right wing trolls don’t actually believe in what they’re spouting but they get attention and it makes them a lot of money.
Some people think that tha surgeries makes it legitimate because of pain and money, just like Oli argues of why he’s genuine... but from what I can figure out he had started the surgery route before the whole K-pop thing and after already having botched his face it was easy to continue because of attention.
All I hope is that Oli finds peace with himself and that Jimin never learns about him.

As a woman who was out as bisexual for 6 years and has now come out as lesbian, it’s a deep and personal decision to come out. I understand coming out as non-binary, but coming out as Korean just feels like a slap in the face to the lgbtq+ community. I’m not transgender, so I can’t comment on how transgender people would feel or do feel about this, but as someone who is in the community, I just find this really sick.

i am 29 years old and have never as many identity crisis' as this guy has had within the span of a year.
