When I teach people cleansing, I focus on tips for mindset, body, emotions, and spiritual because it really isn't a full cleansing of the chakras if it's not full detox. To me a cleanse is not just a sprinkle or bath. I think it is the most valid point is in fact the mindset and state of alpha with abilities. I could watch to guys all day! Hehe ❤ Love this!!
