- In 2005 the community of Benito came together to make a DVD showing the history of their town. Lots of people found old photos and they were edited together to make this compilation. We've made a couple changes - we slowed down the video so you have more time to read the titles. And, we changed out the music to something that isn't commercial.
Thanks to everyone who made this! We are just sharing it.

Loved this as my family settled here decades ago, and i still have family there. Sad that our name is not mentioned in this video though. Have many fond memories of visiting my grandparents, aunt and uncle and cousins every summer.

DVD was available to purchase from the North-West Regional Library Benito Branch. It was compiled and put together with documents and pictures from the Community, Star & Times Newspaper and the Library Archives to celebrate the Benito Homecoming in 2005.
Interesting old photos. Someone had a pet bear? And of course all the ok’d cars! Loved it! Thanks for uploading it or I probably never would have seen this.

One of the Cowan Sub itself would be great too, Ive been thinking of working on one, but havent had the time lately. . maybe we can collaborate someday. have a good one
Don't feel bad - I didn't realize you had one either. I'm in Regina filming a couple interesting things this weekend. Then back to editing everything from last summer.
