I was in her shoes once. I grew up in a Christian household and I loved God growing up. I suffered sexual abuse for over 10 years by a family friend that lived in our household and like her I would pray, cry and plead God to please make it stop but nothing ever happened. I eventually stopped going to church and hated God and everything and everyone that had to do with God. I was with that hate towards Him for years and was just very bitter and hateful. He came back into my life on January 28,2018 and I just couldn’t stop crying during my encounter with the Lord. I ended up discovering that He did try to intervene and protect me but in my experience it was my parents that didn’t listen. He gave them many signs about what was happening but they just ignored everything. No parents are perfect, I forgave mine but I learned from my experience and take care of my kids in ways that they didn’t . I am forever grateful to the Lord for being so patient and loving with me even after my rebellion and hate towards Him for no reason, I am very grateful for the opportunity He has given me to come back home to Him ❤️

Welcome home Sister! Thank you for sharing. I have also noticed that God uses people like us to see abuse quicker than the average person. His Word is true when it says all things are used for the good, we just gotta keep walking according to His purposes. Be well

You do know that science, biogenetics, proved that the odds of creating just one cell out of random particles is 10 to the 63rd power..impossible. What happened was terrible and i can't comfort those who went through that as i didn't go through that my self. God saved me from uncontrollably committing the act of homicide which was probably caused by a pill given to my mom when i was in her womb and witchcraft abuse since childhood or even earlier than that. I'm still being abused by witchcraft but i have the holy Trinity and the holy bible HALLELUYAH!!!

This reminds me of my friend Colton. He was raised by so called Christian parents who physically and mentally abused him. He prayed to God to end the abuse and it didn’t happen. So he became an atheist. It breaks ,my heart that he’s bitter about God because of his evil parents. Please keep him in prayer.

@@TboneWTF Because God has already answered my prayers for Colton. Last year Colton attempted to self delete. A snake of a friend was actively discouraging any wellness checks on him and calling him a baiter. If he had been listened to Colton would be gone now. I barely learned about this recently. At the time I knew he as threatening to do it and I immediately prayed for him and went on every Christian forum I was on at the time and got others to pray for him. I truly believe God intervened here and countermanded that snake who was against him. So God has heard my pleas for him. And the fact that he’s still here shows me God is not through with him. That gives me great hope for his salvation. If you want to call me crazy go ahead maybe I am. But I believe prayer changes things. It couldn’t change his past but it can change his future.
@@TboneWTF that I wish I knew. There's prayers I've prayed where the exact opposite of what I requested happened. Ultimately God has a sovereign will that He's going to achieve in His time. I do know one day his parents are going to stand in front of the God they claimed to believe in and all will be revealed. His justice is perfect. They may think they've gotten away with it but God isn't fooled. He sees everything. I hope for their sakes they repent because it won't go well for them. As to Colton I pray every day for his healing and salvation. If it doesn't happen then I can at least say i tried and I know God will honor that.

@@TboneWTF Look I don’t know why God answers some prayers and not others. I wish He did stop the abuse. In a way He has because Colton isn’t in that house anymore. We don’t have the full picture but God does. I prayed to God to heal my aunt who raised me after she had a major stroke. He didn’t . She had a second stroke and passed. Why He didn’t answer I don’t know. I was angry with Him and almost walked away myself. However I couldn’t justify not believing in Him because I see this universe,I see life and I can’t believe it all came from nothing in a random accident. We will never be able to fully comprehend God. He’s infinite ,we’re finite. I hope I’m making sense.
I thought it was amazing that the girl on the right said, “If God judges by the 10 commandments, there will be like only 2 people in heaven.” She understood that everyone sins!

Wow how amazing Ray! I recieved a butterfly from a women's conference at church, God prompted me to put in my purse and give it away to someone when I witness. It seemed odd at first, but I wanted to be obedient.I havent given it away yet but seeing this made me smile because I see how God always has a reason for what he prompts us to bring with us. Prayed for both these ladies. I relate to the one with the trauma and fully understand the total disenchantment with a "god" who would "allow" things like this to happen. I didn't understand fully, until God just decided to save me one day, at age 55, and then I understood that when I added up all my sins, God was justified to send me to hell: several times over. Why He saved me, in my human mind, I have no idea. But God's word answers that: He saved me so I would glorify Him forever. That is what I prayed for in this case. The amazing thing is salvation did for me what 35 long years of therapy never accomplished: I was actually able to truly forgive the perpetrator of my victimization as a child. I also know that God has said "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay". So for those who never repent, that is what is in store. It so happens all 3 of the people who sxlly abused me as a child have repented. So it is good that God has shown me mercy so that I can show them the same. The freedom from that past is finally mine, thanks to God!

An elderly gentleman at my church would routinely comment on my evidence Bible and how much he liked it. I got one for him and kept in my car for months but he never showed up to church again. My younger brother is not a Christian and I decided ill just give it to him instead, and I did. The following Sunday I was in church and for the first time I glanced at the back of my evidence Bible and was shocked to notice it was printed in Newberry, Fl, the exact town where my brother lives. What are those odds. Please pray for my brother.
Did you ever find out what happened to the gentleman? Maybe he went home to be with the Lord so that you would give the Evudence Study Bible to your brother, the one who needed it most.
Most people miss the little things with God. Like someone sending your butterfly's, you taking a interest and the lady believing in a butterfly. Odds smashed, that's God. He's reminding her she is still loved despite being let down by humans. He walks with you through it.
After watching alot of these interviews I decided to go to the field and blessed be the name of our lord out of about 10 people I preached the Gospel one accepted the savior so if you feel like going for preaching just be obedient and all thanks to our savior and Ray for giving us approach..😊

Good evening! 🙏 God delivers us [saves, protects, and free us] through His Spirit, grace and mercy in Christ. It's because He loves each one of us so much.
In 1 Samuel 17:37, David said that God delivered him from the paw of the lion and bear as a young boy because he believed and trusted in God. (Psalm 27).
In His love, He makes a way to lead the lost to Himself and to Jesus His Son.(John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Romans 6:23, 2 Corinthians 5:21).
We can read in Luke 4:18 that our God and Father also sent His Son Jesus Christ to heal the brokenhearted. And in 2 Corinthians 1:3-5 and 2 Corinthians 5:20, God's Word says that our God is a God of comfort and He provides comfort to those who are hurting through His children who are Christ ambassadors who have the Spirit of Jesus living and dwelling in them (Galatians 4:6).
To each of God's children by faith it has something to do with our faith in Jesus that activates God's grace in our lives. (1 John 5:4, Matthew 17:20). In our union with Christ, we are given access to God's throne of grace. We are invited to come to Jesus, our throne of grace to ask for His grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:14-16
David prayed by faith and trusted that God would hear his prayer. "I sought the LORD, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:4 (NKJV)
Sometimes the deliverance that we need could be healing from disease and we can come to Jesus and ask for healing but eventually His will prevails. Sometimes, God reveals why He hasn't delivered one from illness just like the Apostle Paul. Apostle Paul prayed 3 times that the Lord would deliver or heal him from the torn of the flesh but God didn't take it away to keep Paul from becoming proud. 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 NLT
There are times and circumstances that God allowed in my life and I don't know why but one thing I know is that great is His love for me, a sinner.
"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28 NLT

These divine appointments are mind-blowing. Out sharing the Word, I was getting a soda at a fast food restaurant and I sensed somebody behind me. I turned and told him "you are like a ninja bro!" Turns out his nickname from his teens was "ninja." Why? I'm very fast. Before I could witness to him, he was gone. No coincidence...only God could do this.

I love how Ray doesn't get distracted from the focus when they bring up questions and objections.
He doesn't need to answer every potential question they have or objection. What they need is the truth, they need to see their condition in Truth, they need to see the answer to their condition. I don't believe on the day of judgement God will be answering our questions and objections. The only thing that's going to matter is our condition and that we have appropriated that answer to our condition. I’ve been saved since 2006 and have been going through a very hard time in my life. I believe there are no coincidences. I often go to my backyard to watch Ray’s videos and guess what frequently makes an appearance out there? Monarch butterflies. It gave me a reminder that God will see me through this.

I'm reminded in part, when it comes to extremely difficult situations like what was described here, what Oxford professor John Lennox covered in his talk 'The Loud Absence - Where is God in Suffering?', given at Harvard Med (Easy to find it here on CZcams).
Professor Lennox asked those the audience, a question regarding the problem of suffering. To paraphrase:
"Now, I know some of you do not believe that Jesus is God, but for the sake of argument, bear with me and think about this question:
If that's God on a cross, what's He doing there?
...At the very least, it tells me, that God is not separate from our suffering, but has Himself become a part of it. And while that may not answer the problem of suffering, it gives a window into being able to deal with it. I've seen this give people hope - *real* hope."

The late Nabeel Qureshi, a convert from Islam, also put it similarly:
"That God, in seeing our suffering, did not sit indifferently, saying to Himself 'I want to see how this plays out!', but rather said 'I cannot remain apart from this. I will enter into it!'"

That even if our sin merits the death penalty, "for the wages of sin is death": that even if our sin separates us from God on account of His justice, we see something else.
We see His mercy and His love are shown to us at the cross, accounting for justice rather than setting it aside, and offering us forgiveness rather than setting us aside. And we see His compassion toward us, where He has not remained apart from suffering, but

-That through all this, the biggest part He dreaded was bearing the righteous wrath of God against sin our stead: that He prayed in agony even, in the Garden of Gethsamene, that "were it possible, let this cup pass from Me: nevertheless, not My will, but Thine, be done."

My girlfriends stepmom had passed away a couple years ago, and they also believe she comes as a butterfly, and one of our dogs had grown a patch on her stomach in the shape of a butterfly

Hello my name is Justin and I'm a fellow Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college student. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.

I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. i just had the weight of a angled giant 10ft long 4 ft wide steal cellar door come down on me. I supported it at the last minute and It didn't hurt me but it stressed every upper body muscle and they went into shock and for a week now, i am waiting for them to finally relax... Wyatt. If you can show me one commandment for Christians to keep the Jewish sabbath, in the New Testament, I will gladly keep it and tell others to also. But there’s not one. I keep the first day of the week as did the disciples.

This verse shows sons of a stranger/ gentiles grabbing on to the Lord sabbath covenant and becoming grafted in.

To be saved we have to be grafted in, we become spiritual Israel, the sabbath isn’t just for physical Jews. The messiah himself observed the sabbath and showed us how it’s to be done breaking off the man made laws that Pharisees had placed on it.
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”
Matthew 5:17
The messiah didn’t come to take away what was prophesied or to take away the 10 commandments but to fulfill/walk in them. People use this verse to say the sabbath is gone, in that case fulfill wouldn’t be any different than destroy.

If the messiah kept the 10 commandments and so did his followers what makes us think we shouldn’t?
The sabbath wasn’t “changed” to Sunday until 321 a.d. by the Catholics and even after the death burial and resurrection followers still observed the biblical Saturday sabbath.

We don’t look at the other 9 commandments and say that only applies to physical jews so why would the 4th commandment and the only one that says remember, be forgotten about?

a lot of people go threw sexual assault being a part of a church, and those that witness or preach have to understand that these people have seriously suffered from certain things and its truly hard for them to go to church, you can't force them or look down on them but you must help them find the way to God, be patient with these people they have seriously suffered in innocence, things have happened to them that they can't explain why those things have happen.
