100%. And it just so happens that her brother who is a lawyer represented Chris Albert in a hit and run manslaughter case back in ‘94. And during a correspondence with Aiden Kearney, a.k.a. turtleboy, one of the McCabe’s said he had a direct line to the judge and referred to her as Auntie Bev.

I agree. I am very, very interested to see if Auntie Bev retires in the next few months. That's seemingly the go-to move of apparently corrupt government employees. Retire with their precious pensions before they have a chance to lose them. It's the most aggravating thing to witness and seems to happen a lot. Kinda like Brian Albert. He gets $8k a month according to the Canton city payroll.. a 6 figure yearly income until he kicks the bucket. Frustrating.

HOLY CRAP- It just occurred to me- Lalli is arguing the wrong thing in his motion to dismiss.
By citing Blueford he’s arguing that there’s legal precedent which says the jury’s possible acquittal is irrelevant (Blueford v Arkansas). But the motion Jackson and Yanetti filed ISNT ARGUING to reinstate the acquittal- they haven’t gotten to that point yet! Rather, they are simply moving to hold a HEARING and the jurors brought back to ascertain whether they indeed intended to acquit or not. And if you read Blueford in detail, in that case the court DID IN FACT bring the jurors back to have such a hearing.
So actually, Blueford is confirmation that the judge should GRANT the motion to hold a hearing, bring the jury in, and ask them what they intended to do.
AFTER that hearing, if we find out that the jurors did intend to acquit Karen Read, THEN it might be appropriate to use Blueford as case law to argue that it’s too late or it’s irrelevant or whatever (although it still looks like there are some major differences). But for the moment, the only thing on the table is the motion to hold a hearing, and Blueford only confirms that YES they should hold a hearing.
I hope Jackson and Yanetti realize this and use Lalli’s own argument to shove it up his….

Not to mention Count 2 issues not having not guilty was brought to the attention of the courts. Obviuosly Count 2 was written poorly at the least. This is like a slap in the face for the jurors, who literally did what they were told and did it well.
“Just look the other way” is EXACTLY what Judge Cannone (&CW) is doing right now.
Like, bye jurors, we don’t need ya now! 👋🏼

Isn’t that double jeopardy to try her on the items she was found acquitted on?

Can the 12 jurors collectively file a suit against the commonwealth for not honoring their decision?

I don't know, but it seems like it's a violation of their rights as jurors to have their vote or verdict validated.

There was NO verdict. Nothing was written down no proof.

@@Joh605 They did reached a verdict. If the form was not written on, it's on the Judge. The form should be filled out, no matter what the verdict is. Not guilty on counts 1 & 3 and not unanimous on count 2. That's the verdict and it needs to be validated.

    • @Joh605

@jamkoti3088 on the verdict sheet for counts 1 and count 3 there was an option for (guilty) and (NOT GUILTY) neither were filled out so there for NO verdict. And on COUNT 2 at the top there was (NOT GUILTY) AND (GUILTY) option and if you checked NOT GUILTY then leave the 2 lesser charges BLANK!!! And if you find her guilty then check the 2 lesser charges guilty as well VERY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS

@@Joh605 Again, they were not filled, because the Judge instructed them not to fill it out, unless the verdict was unanimous.

What recourse is there for when bev rules in favor of the CW? It’s like judges can do whatever they want w no punishment.

I'm truly confused, isn't the prosecutor supposed to find the truth to ensure justice? This is bizarre to me...

How did Sean McDonough’s source know on Thursday that the jury was deciding on Charge 2? The implication is the the VFW celebration was because they expected KR to be found guilty. We all need to be thankful for her protection. Thoughts?

Turtle boy exposed the truth very early on and Bev tossed him out & mandated he wasn’t allowed to speak on this. Another violation of his constitutional rights.

This is clearly falling on the shoulders of the judge, she was derelict in her duties, and as a result, this woman’s life is going to be altered because of the judges mistakes! What a frightening concept, are we still in the United States of America?
