Yo put the workout in the description please! Also, why is Jas so stinking cute?! Her smile is contagious. Looked like a great day of training guys 💪💪💪
Jas “Let me just check!” 😄 So cute, I love watching Jas progress and her contagious positivity! Can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate an upload every day!! ✋🏼🤛🏼
There's so much to do in Dallas! Big Crossfit presence, amazing food (Pecan Lodge BBQ), and sightseeing (Reunion Tower, 6th Floor Museum). Definitely worth checking out.
The Rogue Echo Bikes are the best! We're lucky enough to have three of them at my box - they kick the assault bikes' ass! They're built like tanks and are a lot more difficult because they don't allow any ghost riding. As soon as you stop pedaling, it stops :p
I wouldn't consider myself OCD, but I immediately noticed the mismatched plates. I think when you are a Crossfitter, you automatically start calculating weight when you see a barbell.
Love your stuff! I've got two questions. How often do you train strict pullups? And do you prefer hollow body pullups or arched back pullups? I live on a farm and besides lifting heavy tools and parts, I do pretty much all strict gymnastics/calisthenics (Fitness FAQs, Dominik Sky, Calisthenics Movement). I do some crossfit and am a huge proponent of integrating more strict movements for better gymnastics and general strength development. Wondering what you do :) Keep up the good work!
Hey! With the bike, change resistance rather than rpm to change watts/pace, try to stick to about 90rpm unless a sprint then like 120rpm, and change resistance accordingly. Hope this helps!
So how about this.... concept 2 bike erg or ski erg? already own a rower and an air bike.... would love an air runner but @ $3500+ its just not on the list yet
I hate rowing, just as boring as running is. However the Air bike(death bike) I can do everyday, distance, sprints etc... love it. Sold my rower to get the bike. Really want the skierg then i'd be a kid in a candy store when working out.
Haven’t used this yet but considering it for home gym but the rogue echo bike is a TANK! It is incredible and indestructible. It is also more realistic (I think) because the cals are much, much harder to get than the assault bike
I think you can go to any major city in the USA and have a great time. Each city has it thing and nice people, you can't go wrong. Since Jaz loves animals so much, Texas maybe a good choice, you can go horseback riding. NYC is about walking, and seeing sites. e.g, Statute of Liberty, Broadway shows, Central Park. You will find great food and lodging in every major city.
Bike workouts and swimming were key to my fitness for rowing, not having towed for 20 years the bike erg is the best bike I have used , 200 and 300 watt sessions work for me, when your nee to bike erg you will feel swole afterwards for sure but your body adapts but it is a proper workout
I went on a bike erg for the first time on 4th july('21) whereas normally i use a technogym exercise bike for cardio. Firstly, i agree yes on an actual bike is the most fun by a mile but only if you have access to reasonable cycling routes and dont get your bike stolen like mine was. I found the bike-erg however, was a really tough ride compared to the technogym. Ultimately i lock in at a resistance and try to maintain rpm. On the technogym thats typically level 10 at 78-80rpm for between 15-30mins depending, All i could manage on the bike erg was level 4 at about 74rpm for about 10 minutes and the burn i got was a very different type. I thought the handlebars weren't ideal though, not for longer distances. Rugged as you like though and looks like will last forever. Not convinced you need to spend £1k on an exercise bike to get a good burn.
Hi TeamRichey, would love to get your thoughts & opinions on the New Renegade Bike we have launched. Maybe we can arrange a day when you’re back from the Games for you to visit us (we’re in Southam CV47 0FG).. Thanks, PB Team
I’ve heard that the Bike Erg works like a real bike so if you stopped pedaling or slowed pedaling, if she backpedaled then pedaled forward at the slow pace she dropped down to, she would have gotten the resistance at the new slower pace….I don’t have the bike….yet….But saw a blog post where this was stated.
Duh you guys... The reason for the 'burn' you are getting is that you are using the standard 'kiddie' platform pedal. Works like this: While one leg/foot is pushing down the other leg/foot is also pushing down on the rising pedal. You are doing this so the foot maintains some contact ready for the down stroke. I swop out the platform pedal for my CrankBros Eggbeater 3s and road shoes. This proper method of peddling actually means you are...pushing down..pulling back...up and forward all in one circular, smooth "cycling' motion. The burn can then be enjoyed up out of the saddle or forward 'on the rivet'. Try it, don't take my word for it. In fact, sneak a pair of clipless pedals on and blow away the competition. Actually better still...just go out on a road bike, way tougher than anything in the gym. Treadmills are waste of time, for lazy folks who think they can run, just means all you have to do is lift a leg and the road moves under you. Its nothing like the real thing. On the road you are propelling yourself forward. Done a lot of that too 10km - 120km road races. Believe me tread milling is a breeze.
Genuine question. Why do CrossFitters just drop the weights with no control after each rep. If i did this in our gym/unit and it wasn't an emergency/total accident i would have a enforced 50 burpee penalty. Power clean, push then reverse the movement in control back to the ground, repeat. Why do you just drop it?? Cheers :-)
The ONLY time "fun" and "air bike" should be used in the same sentence is "I had fun throwing the air bike off the roof!"
LMFAOOOO
Jas’ right knee on that PB-equalling snatch was very close to going real bad...
Holy Smokes Craig! Your EMOM was looking SOLID. Keep crushing those PBs Jas!
Review starts at 10:14 to skip the non-sense.
Thank you!
Thanks
I love how you introduce us to new athletes from ZG to Sonny to Kevin 🙌🏼
I bought the bike erg last month. Love it!
So damn jealous watching your toes to rings, so effortless, impressive! 👍
Your snatches look excellent my dude.
Yo put the workout in the description please!

What a great day of working out! Congrats to Jas on her PBs!
2:21 Craig, my man, I had no idea you were that strong. Must be the colored barbell
I'm in Dallas! Would love to see you guys at a box down here!
This shows the difference between regional athletes and where Craig is right now. So very close behind it's just conquering the mental barrier!
Agreed, once you reach a certain level of fitness it becomes all mental.
Yes to Dallas! I live here and I’d love to come meet you both!
There's so much to do in Dallas! Big Crossfit presence, amazing food (Pecan Lodge BBQ), and sightseeing (Reunion Tower, 6th Floor Museum). Definitely worth checking out.
C2 bike is awesome, I think every gym should have one, feels very similar to riding a real bike
Come to Dallas! Me and my girlfriend would love to see y’all! We work out at Rockit Crossfit in Arlington Tx.
I love the bike erg. It gives you better info than any other bike. The damper makes it easy yo go from "spin bike" to pedaling in mud.

Notification squad! AND I'm on my way to crossfit lol
Lol, Lacey, when u gonna put out another vid?
Grey Wolf soon, I had some major life changes lol but I'm gonna put something out really soon
I really want one of these bikes, just gotta save up for one. Currently have a spin bike for the moment....
Hey! With the bike, change resistance rather than rpm to change watts/pace, try to stick to about 90rpm unless a sprint then like 120rpm, and change resistance accordingly. Hope this helps!
6:06 now I'm going to think "hello James..." every time I see a dog.
That baby looking at the camera is my new reason to live!
So how about this.... concept 2 bike erg or ski erg? already own a rower and an air bike.... would love an air runner but @ $3500+ its just not on the list yet
Come to Atlanta!!!!
Can you do another on the concept 2 skierg?
I hate rowing, just as boring as running is. However the Air bike(death bike) I can do everyday, distance, sprints etc... love it. Sold my rower to get the bike. Really want the skierg then i'd be a kid in a candy store when working out.
2:05 Thank you for the apologizing my OCD radar was going off strong! haha
Born and raised in Dallas! I live in a small town northeast of dallas. Would love to show yall around!!
You and Jas should stop into A1 CrossFit (West Bend) while you’re in WI. 👊🏻
How heavy do you think that sandbag (‘d-ball’) is? (7:45)
Come to Dallas!! DO it!!
so LOVELY and so LIVELY. the strongest team on youtube! xo
dat meme at 9:52 also xD
Haven’t used this yet but considering it for home gym but the rogue echo bike is a TANK! It is incredible and indestructible. It is also more realistic (I think) because the cals are much, much harder to get than the assault bike
That gym is so awesome.
How do you think the concept 2 bike compares to a Spin bike or a cycle?
Have you ever used Wattbikes as they are the alternative to c2 ergbikes
Are the HSTL orders going to make it befor the games? Me and my wife are going and we cant meet you guys!

When are you heading to Cyprus. And for how long...
Got a Rogue echo bike last week, goddamn it's tough....
The team in my hometown. How long will you stay ?
Watching jas meet her pr with that foot roll made me want to cry
James! nuff said.
Check out Crossfit Strong in dallas. The box is absolutely insane
Dallas! 🎉 Yes!!!
Every day we Hustling!! Keep up the great 👍 work!!

Have you heard the news about Khrennikov being withdrawn from the games? (Saw something go up on his instagram)
Ice cream and PRs 💪🏼
Anyone know the difference between watt bike and concept 2 bike?
I’ve noticed that you started to do more TTR.. are they harder than TTB?
It was meant to be T2b but my hands would have ripped so chose to TTR. Usually just sub them in when my hands feel fragile.
How can I meet up with you guys while at the Games??
isn't the concept 2 just a WattBike?
If you already have a road bike at home...just buy a mag or fluid trainer! Might save a few bucks compared to the bike erg.
Please come to Cologne🤷🏼♂️, and train at FlexxFitness
Dude I cannot find that baby meme anywhere. Can someone help me out? Too funny
Come to Waco, Tx. Work out at my box! CrossFit MissFits
140 mother trucking kilos!!!!!!! Dude you are as strong as an ox!
I’m in Dallas! DM me if you want ideas of things to do or need a place to stay
Easy to underestimate how much harder running with a weight vest is - it not really anything discernible either, you just get so much more gassed.
Yes!!!! Go to DALLAS!!!!
Team James 👊🏼
2:21 badass. 265 lbs snatch.
Class video that
And a watt bike ?
Best Box ever!

We could have done with Luke Skywalker in the England team!! 😂
Where do I find the little girl @ 10:00??
Wait, what..? You cant get a Golden Retriever shipped to England??
Holy crap, her knee almost f*ucks off! 2:26
Anybody else see that guy on the escalator do a double take and check out Jaz’s butt 😂
I'm going to assume that it's an optical illusion when you're doing your snatches that your right side is much lower than your left.
Probably with the wide angle lens
Go to 10:20 for the review
so let me get this straight; you used the bike erg one time and it made your legs burn and so you don't recommend it?
First!
Whats the Name of this vest ? CAPITAL SPORTS?
yes it is capital sports
Kevin Winkens ich kann das Modell nicht finden. Sieht aus wie eine 5.11.
vielleicht haben die jetzt keine mehr davon im Programm, habe die letztes jahr gekauft
I wonder how that bike erg compares to riding a road bike out in the world...
Bike? Cant even get a secondhand C2 rower under $1000 here in Aus. Crossfit so damn expensive.
lowest i've seen here in USA in my area is $900 so i feel your pain
found one on Gumtree (Aussie craiglist) for $500 but PM3 doesnt work. Gutted.
That’s because CrossFit is a fad/cult.
mate i thought that once upon a time. It kicked my ass and humbled me, now I love it.
It's $1600 USD here in India :|

I wish I could eat oreos and pizza and still have abs lol
was that a mile run on the assault runner?
DAMN! I am 3hrs south of dallas ft worth! Great boxes there though!
Anybody catch Jasmine’s numbers??
we call the air bike the vomitron
2:25 my knees hurt
Bambi
Never trust advice from a Crossfitter.. I have both the air bike and the Birkeerg and can say there's no comparison. Bikeerg > Air Bike
i really like your equipment reviews, but dude, you spent ages saying the same thing about the concept 2 bike 4 or 5 different times
Croatiaaaaaaaa!!!!
140/14
