Either way myers would demolish him, low-mid diff + W Edit and song.
They're both good with being stealthy. Michael also escaped from the law enforcement at the end of HK and stayed hidden for 4 years. But John Carver was also pretty stealthy, so it's kinda close.

However that’s nothing compared to what Michael has shown. Michael broke a man’s arm with his bare hands, lifted a fully grown fire fighter (that firefighter was also around the same height as John Carver) crushed a skull, crushed a man’s skull with just a mere baseball bat, break a man’s neck and more. There are also feats from other Halloween movies that put Michael above John, but I’m going strictly off of Halloween Kills/ Halloween ends.
