I don't actually mind fixed couples, it is just mostly the fans. I could be wrong but in newer ships it seems people have understood that work partners does not mean romantic partners. I hope in the future though, that the actors are given more projects outside of their fixed couples. Maybe that will make people relax. It might also generally make it feel more special when they do act together.
I love the work partner couples and I love their chemistry. I would be sad to see that go. I know it is a lot to ask of younger actors but people should be like Tay with the whole TayGun thing recently. Look at your fans with disappointment and tell give them a reprimand. That was the bossest move I have seen in this industry and Tay does not get enough credit for pulling it off.
The last comment about Bright is so ridiculous I can't even... People, how can anyone think that supporting a ship means wanting them to be real boyfriends? It's about supporting the actors and series that you like. Has anyone heard of a BL ship that became real? To try to justify this crazy idea that supporting Thai BL actors has something to do with dating their partners. Because it doesn't have! Mew is right... therapy for all these people who don't know how to distinguish what is fiction and what is real.

@@celticgirl8882 On the other hand fs and shipping have been around for years and it seemed that for the most part both sides: fans and actors, understood it's all for fun and "imaginary" as in "imaginary couple". And it has been fun. But somehow, maybe with the influx of foreign fans who didn't understand the concept and took everything at face value, things turned more extreme and toxic over the years. But I still maintain that the responsibility for their behaviours lies on bl fans, who are mostly adults and should be able to distinguish what is real and what isn't and understand that as fans they have no rights over actors' personal lives and relationships. If they stayed in their lane and just enjoyed the contents the actors are willing to share and respecting their decisions about going their separate ways, all would be ok. I mean, you can always keep supporting your faves in their individual careers or just quietly jump ship, there are plenty of new ones popping up all the time. If you turn toxic, it's on you.

@@halfbackmutt you should know that during fanservice the actors are essentially told what to do and how to act by the series team. Even the answers to the questions they are given hints on how to answer them. And they can't really go against it. Plus fanservice acts are always agreed upon by both parties( mew and gulf in this case) so why only blame him?

I have only been part of two fandom Maxtul & Zonzon... Maxtul fans were one of the most chill and happy fandom for years suddenly MOD popularity brought some mad fans... They frist attacked Max when Mook posted a picture of both of them and P'Tul had to go with Max to explain a simple thing that Love is love and no one should be bullied for loving and Now with MewTul admission They attack Tul for breaking his ship when we all know Maxtul are friends who meet each other once in a while... The way they keep acting is Despicable it stands against everything Maxtul have stood for since Day 1.
Same with Zee that poor man can't Stand by a Girl's side without suddenly being in a relationship with her... Even when the girl has a fiance or is married she is cheating on him... The way some Bl fans could go down the path of Wishing for death and abusing unrelated people who are arr not even from Industry had made me very cautious... Nowadays I don't dare join any group because I can't hear bad things for people I love and Admire Specially when they have done No Wrong...

I like Fluke and Earth two openly gay actors because they were friendly and had a laugh with their on screen partners but knew when to draw the line. Their variety shows were always fun.
