Excellent interpretation! I would never have made a connection (did slightly but couldn't pull it together) on my own. Now I understand why satan hates us. He hates us because God is forgiving us for our sins when satan decided not to ask for forgiveness from God.

Gosh, The things we did not know but Satan has been very busy blinding our eyes that his secret with man kind would be hidden. But now I am more determined to press into God and his grace towards that others may know and eventually be judge over Satan !

You all seriously need to stop meddling in people's lives. Your church made the vaccine out to be the mark of the Beast in one of your many and endless false prophecies. You all tell people to move out of the cities, where they are deserted from their friends and cost them tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. You did this for years and then the SDA publishes a video years later, saying, "Think twice before you move out of the cities" How utterly shameful of you all. But, that's just one of hundreds of the horribly things you all have done to people in the name of Sabbath keeping and pretending to be something you are not.
The Great Controversy is full of fable and false teachings, but you all don't care about truth, it's really all about taking advantage of people for your own ambitions and promoting a deception upon once sincere people.

I cant praise God enough for the internet where we can have all the answer that we need on the tip of our fingers the Lord lead me to this message while i was very concern when some of my Adventist friends start spreading the news that we are worshiping on the wrong sabbath day they find out that we need to follow the moon the stars and the sabbath fall on the moon and star not on a fix day as we believe but when i came across your message when i look into the prophesy knowing how much Satan hate that day that's why he want to force men to worship on his day i have no doubt about it that the sabbath is the 4th commandment to keep but what do you say for people who is falling into these deep error for me i came to the conclusion that why a lot of people will go artray as we approach these last day is because they dont have the love of the Truth now i understand why God say you shall love your God with all your heart mine and soul if we have never love God with all your heart when all kind of doctrine come you will be swept away when God say the very elect might be deceive how true is that just look at our leaders who have study the Truth and preach it yet today they are all wondering after the beast what chance do w e have

Love his teachings. Lucifer was removed 2 times from heaven, 2nd time Rev 12 as an accuser of the brethren because he still had access to heaven in his 1st cast down because he was back in heaven in the Book of Job. At the cross he was expelled from heaven for good.

Wow.......this word is so good. I love this type of stuff. My God is answering my prayers in so many small to big ways. Pastor Ivor Myers being used of God! God is using this man. I love his message on REST. I just listen to it as I lay to sleep. Now the only thing about the message is that he called Sunday the Sabbath(7th day of the week) which Saturday is the Sabbath. I am looking at this message on the Sabbath which is Saturday and really enjoying knowing more of God's word just as I asked Him to teach me.

The 1st 34 mins have made me question a lot pf things in my life at the moment. I am a baptized adventist who is good standing with the Lord. But as of the previous month my life has taken a very drastic change. I got an internship, and in all honesty never have been so excited for work because this is my 1st work since baptism. To me, it meant the Lord has answered my prayers. Did I pray about it? I dont remember, but I did thank the Lord. This was providential living.
But my job has really jeapordized my health...dont if it is the vaccine jab I revieved at work about 2weeks back., my spirituality....the reason I am saying this. I am a person who takes his relationship with seriously. And anything that comes in between makes me question things. Sitting in the company's car as I write. I want to go home. But I feel so drained. I have been requested to do sabbath school this coming sabbath. I couldn't not even prepare. Never been so conflicted. HONESTLY REQUESTING PRAYERS BELOVED for clarity. Was also planning to fast 1st mondays of every week(4days) from December, it slipped my mind. This was because I know how much responsibility God has put upon me. So I needed the presence of The Lord so bad this whole month. Also I am not yet married. But going through courtship (There's boundries, and both of us are praying for God's leadership in our journey)with a beautiful young lady at church, she has been amazing and we have such a beautiful relatoonship with God, growing with each other and uplifting each through prayers, sharing the word of the Lord as well. But all of that seems to be slippin.
The enemy hated the fact that you're serving and trusting in One true of God of heaven and earth, therefore he will afflict you with God's permission. Walking with Jesus gets treacherous sometimes, but He's very close to those who trust in Him. If you stay in the boat you'll be safe in spite of the billows toss and turn, remember heaven is inview.

@@chucksmith4624 You're so misguided, Seventh Day Adventist never teaches that the vaccine is the mark of the beast because we know that they mark of the beast has to do with WORSHIP! There's the true Sabbath which is on Saturday and and the false sabbath which is on Sunday, and that's the controversy. Please ask God for wisdom as you study and stop spreading propaganda.

we have to teach ourselves about what God hates and what He loves and learn the difference between righteousness and being right in the eyes of the world the right and wrong of this world now is almost a complete reversal (mirror image) of what or how the Patriarchs understood it..... God does not change neither is there shadow of turning, the standard has to be His everlasting precepts or..... where there is no law there is no transgression, this what justifies Christs sacrifice, the law demands blood for iniquity, the life is in the blood.

Cause back in my time living in Jamaica our parents or all household send out their children out to church Sabbath for Sunday. Jamaicans we are God fearing people back in my time. Wow!! so lucifer was the 1st Sabbath breaker, by reason of his brightness (his light, the same light that was made on the 1st day "SUNDAY" before the sun, moon & stars were made, this same light clothed Adam and Eve too) he went against the thing he was charged with protecting, i think maybe he directed musical praise (he was made of musical instruments too) and spoken prayer was directed through the other covering Cherub

At the end of the 490 years they did not receive the Son of God
Lucifer in heaven also did not receive the Son of God but God called them all together to tell them that they're to honor Michael as himself because he was the only begotten son of God but Lucifer was created.
So now, the trinity doctrine does away with the Son ship of Jesus and once again people are not receiving the Son of God

Lucifer was not on the Ark of the Covenant! Do you know how I know? Because a Covenant by God is Eternal and since God knows the beginning and the End he would not place to covering Angels between the Mercy seat knowing that one of them would rebel, and have no mercy for his Creation and Truth. What kind of God who knows all would allow that? The Bible never mentions that just because it mentions Lucifer as a cherub does not automatically mean he was between the Ark. Nor because he walk among the other Sons of God before God mean that he was a covering Cherub. Anointed means he had authority like the other Sons of God in God's Kingdom in Spirit and in all his physical Creation you call the universe. Have you ever thought why Lucifer rebelled and why he sought the throne of God. Because he was not the Angel of his Presence nor was he between the Mercy seat with God. On earth as it is in Heaven. So if he was Satan on earth and the Mercy seat and the Ark was with God's faithful how could Satan or Lucifer dwell in God's presence?
This is one of the problem With deception ,it mixed with a lot of truth but much lies too...you need no more insight than that which in scriptures, this Adventist teaching in another form..
I have never seen the Great Controversy in this light. One of the things I give GOD credit for is how he makes the topic so simplistic through Pastor Ivor Myers. WONDERFUL! POWERFUL message. GLORY TO GOD!!!

read first chapter of PP several times to understand the circumstances of Lucifer being thrown from heaven. Lucifer was convicted that his actions were inexcusable but determined to continue in that action. Lets not call it this or that but read that chapter over and over and get the facts.

It was after Jesus was glorified together with His Father with the glory which He had with His Father before the world was < (John 17:5), when Jesus revealed Himself to John as written in ‘The Revelation’.
“I am Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” < Rev. 1:8
Again, Jesus said to John in Rev. 1:11 and in Rev. 1:17-18; 11) “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.” ---. 17-18) “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, and am alive forevermore. Amen --- “These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life: ---.” < Rev. 2:8
And again in Rev. 21:5-7 John wrote, “Then He who sat on the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new’ --- ‘Write, for these words are true and faithful.’ --- ‘It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.’ --- ‘He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.”, which is ‘The Revelation’ that John received from Jesus the Alpha and the Omega who sit on the throne.
Written in Matthew 25:31-46 > “--- He will sit on the throne of His glory. ---.” --- “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.” < Matthew 16:27 = Rev. 22:12-13 > “Behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to everyone according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
According to what is written in Rev. 21:5-7, He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and Jesus the Alpha and the Omega will be his God and he shall be His son. The son of the He who sits on the throne is he who overcomes as Jesus also overcame < Rev. 3:21. And also, the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne will give His son who overcomes the morning star and power to rule over the nations with a rod of iron; and as the potter’s vessel they (nations) shall be broken to pieces - as Jesus also received from His Father, > (Rev. 2:26-28 > Rev. 12:5 > Rev. 19:15). Also, He who is given power to rule all nations with a rod of iron is the man Child in Rev.12:5, and is the Lamb in Rev.17:14 + Rev. 19:15 who is the King of kings and Lord of lords, and Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega our Almighty God who sits on the throne.
The son of Him who sit on the throne is the Lamb that was found in the midst of the throne > Rev. 5:6 and Rev 7:17 > “for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
It is written in Mark 13:20 > “unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days.” But until those days are shortened, there was and there will be great suffering (Matt. 24:21, Mark 13:8) because the kings of this world and their armies have refused and will refuse to accept Jesus as the Cornerstone in their lives to govern their nations until the time comes when the elect say, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord”.
Written in Luke 13:35 + Matthew 23:39, Jesus said, “I say to you, you shall not see Me until the time comes when you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.”, and also, not until His wife has made herself ready > Rev. 19:7. Until this time comes, He who comes in the name of the Lord “had a name written that no one knew except Himself, ---. And His name is called The Word of God.” < Rev. 19:12-13.
The reason I have written this revelation is because a cloud with an open door with a sound of a trumpet (read Rev. 3:8-11) was set before me, then a Voice spoke to me from the open door saying, "You are My son, as I was My Father's Son, and I will be with you, and I come quickly”.
In Jesus’ new name and in the name of His God as written in Rev. 3:12, I declare that Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne, and the Lamb in ‘The Revelation’ is His Son who overcomes as written in Rev. 21:7, and He will be given power to rule over the nations as written in Rev. 2:26-28, Rev. 12:5, in Rev. 19:15. It is written in Rev. 6:14-17 that they will say, “--- Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
“Behold, I come quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” < Rev. 22:7. - Amen

Like Alfalfa's girl said, Pr Myers explains the part I between min 40:00 and 49:00, more or less, and then around 1:12:00, and again in 1:50:00... :-)
When one looks at the center of Lucifer's efforts now to deceive and tamper with the jury (mankind), he now focuses on so controlling the thoughts of man that he removes man's free will. He makes his victims think they are doing their own thing. He fools them into following him while thinking they are free to do what they want. (He told a man to say, do what thou wilt, is the whole of the law!) If man looses his free will, he cannot participate in the plan of salvation. No man can accept the love of Christ if he looses his ability to choose freely. That is why Messiah came to set the captives free. Lucifer always takes away man's free will first. He captures man, and takes control of his will. This is the great battlefield - the mind. All who worship Lucifer have lost their ability to choose. Lucifer makes certain that they are captive to his will.
Christ does just the opposite. He gives man his God-given free will. He makes it possible for you and me to freely choose again. As we awake to freedom of choice, Jesus demonstrates his love for us and the Holy Spirit is able to speak to us and invite us into the loving relationship to our Heavenly Father. We then, have the ability to choose to give our wills over to the Father and be controlled by Him. He never forces anyone. We must freely give our wills to Him. He then gives us power to come into perfect obedience to his perfect law. When we are tuned to His law, we are empowered to do all his will and find "His Rest". We then come full circle from perfection (Adam and Eve), to disobedience, rebellion, loss of free will, to freedom, to surrender, to perfection once again. The great controversy is fought in the mind. The external, physical manifestations are tools to control minds. Thus, this is why all who are rescued from sin's enslavement, must believe and then obey. Faith is the only tool provided by heaven to rescue the lost. All great events by those who chose to follow God, begins with "by faith".
Beleiving on God's Son, is an act of faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
